Its silicone polymers provide a silky smooth finish that is less abrasive when compared to many fabrics used in truck covers. Note that the WeatherShield has excellent water repelling properties but is not waterproof. It’s breathable so that moisture and heat don’t get trapped under the cover.
Easy Care and Handling. The cover is so light that its storage volume is 1/3 that of a standard multi-layer cover. What’s more, its dry time is so short that you just need to shake it and it will dry out in a few minutes. You can even just wash and dry it at home.
6-Year Limited Warranty. The WeatherShield Custom Fit Truck Cover is warranted by Covercraft to be free from material or manufacturing defects, and from being unserviceable due to normal use. However, the warranty does not cover color fading as it is normal for any outdoor product.
