    More Power for More Fun. Are you on a quest to get about 650 horsepower out of your 2015-2017 EcoBoost Mustang? Well, one of the easiest ways to make more power is to upgrade to a larger turbocharger. Custom Performance Engineering (cp-e) makes the upgrade simple with their Borg Warner Atmosphere Turbo Kit. This kit is designed to not only replace your stock turbo, but it also replaces the exhaust manifold, catted down pipe and intake to get rid of all the factory restrictions. A Borg Warner Atmosphere Turbo Upgrade Kit will have you laying down twin streaks of black rubber everywhere you go.

    Your Choice of Borg Warner Turbos. Borg Warner's line of  EFR (Engineered For Racing) Turbochargers feature a Twin Scroll design. Twin scroll technology divides the manifold and turbine housing into two flow paths to create a "one-two" (alternating) punch at the turbine wheel. This alternating one-two punch keeps the exhaust pulses evenly spaced and in rapid succession which generates higher boost pressure at lower revs. The end result is similar to that of a twin-turbo setup, but in a much smaller compact package.

    Off-Road Down Pipe. Designed to eliminate the original factory catalytic converter, this cp-e Down Pipe will improve exhaust flow and produce a loud, yet agreeable sound that you will absolutely love. This off-road Down Pipe is manufactured in the USA from high quality 3" diameter T-304 stainless steel tubing for superior strength and enduring corrosion resistance. cp-e then completes their Down Pipe in their own Titan™ Uniform Satin Finish to further enhance its strength and appearance.

    High Flow Exhaust Manifold. Specifically designed with flanges to fit Borg Warner Twin Scroll EFR Turbos, cp-e engineered their exhaust manifold for the most efficient exhaust flow possible. Cast from 304 stainless steel for durability and strength, this exhaust manifold features extra O2 and EGT bung fittings allowing for the addition of additional sensors. The manifold is protected by a fully encompassing heat shield that holds the heat in the manifold and out of the engine bay to keep under hood temperatures down.

    Upgradable Modular Design. The included exhaust manifold was specifically designed with flanges that fit the Borg Warner Turbo Housings. This flange design makes this kit modular, so that you can upgrade your Turbo as money and time allow. Start with the smaller 7064 unit now and then easily swap it out for the much larger 9180 turbo later. The rest of the kit stays in place, you only need to replace the turbo itself to make more power. This set up is ideal for those performance enthusiast who need to quickly change out their turbo based on track or racing requirements.

    Calibration Required. Installation of this cp-e Borg-Warner Atmosphere Turbo Upgrade Kit will require the use of a Handheld Tuner to reprogram the vehicles computer (ECU) for operation. By reprogramming your Mustangs ECU you will be able to realize the full power potential that this Turbocharger upgrade has to offer.

    Application. This cp-e Borg-Warner Atmosphere Turbo Kit is specifically designed for use on 2015 to 2018 EcoBoost Mustangs equipped with the turbocharged 2.3L Inline 4-cylinder engine.

    if i was to get the 550 hp upgrade what other mods do I have to make to support that much power?

    • If you get the cp-e BorgWarner Atmosphere Turbo Kit with the 550 HP upgrade, you will need a custom tune. You will not need to upgrade internals or fuel delivery components.

    Will this work with the 3" catted down pipe from the Cobb Stage 3 power pack or any catted down pipe for that matter?

    • The cp-e BorgWarner Atmosphere Turbo Kit includes a down-pipe adapter which fit most aftermarket down-pipes with some modification.

    Hello! You've already answered that 550hp kit does not require other updates (obviously intercooler is always recommended) and 650hp requires updated rods, pistons and crankshaft (and recommended intercooler and fuel system). So several questions: 1. How long will stock long block survive with 550hp? 2. How long will stock long block survive with 650hp and upgraded rods, pistons and crankshaft? 3. Will it benefit from Ford Performance High Performance Camshafts? 4. What rods, pistons and crankshaft do you recommend for 650hp upgrade? Thank you

    I want this but live in DC and need to pass emmision inspections. Can I just not add the down pipe and keep the catlytic converter to stay compliant?

    hello, im looking at buying this turbo kit for my ecoboost for the 1,000HP kit but i don't know what the size of the outlet for the hot-side tubing to the inter-cooler. i have this inter-cooler ( Item 388800 ) and im thinking about going with a bigger pipe because of the turbo kit i want but the kit does not tell the sizes of the turbo. i am trying not to buy alot of parts for no reason getting the most out of the buck.

    • This cp-e BorgWarner Atmosphere Turbo Kit is specifically intended for use on a 15-17 Ecoboost Mustang meaning it is not intended for use on the V6. You will want a specific kit for the V6 Mustang as these are two entirely different motors.
