This front rotor and pad kit combines an OE style with superior engineered elements designed to improve braking performance for everyday driving adventures. With this kit installed into your vehicle, you can expect boosts in braking response for all your daily adventures.
Sturdy Cast Iron Rotors. This kit’s front rotors are cast from high-quality G3000 iron alloy, offering optimum strength and durability. The resulting rotor blanks are then precision-machined to accurate tolerances for excellent balance and an OE-grade fit. Wrapping up their construction is a high-tech Thermic Black coating designed to provide exceptional protection against corrosion while also adding a sleek style.
Vented Rotor Design. These front brake rotors also feature internal vents integrated into their structure, which provide efficient rotor cooling. When combined with the extremely flat rotor face, you get consistent fade-free braking characterized by maximum pad bite.
Ultimax Aramid Fiber Brake Pads. The brake pads included with this kit are the OE style Ultimax series brake pads. These pads get their stopping power from a novel aramid fiber braking compound. Moreover, these pads feature a specialized surface coating that lessens bed-in time. This way you’re able to achieve ideal braking performance much faster and with less hassle.
Sparse Dust and Noise. Besides this bed-in surface finish these Ultimax pads’ aramid fiber brake compound produces significantly lower dust thanks to the minimal amount of metallic material in its formulation. Additionally, their backing plates are engineered for lower noise levels without the need for shims, making these a less complicated system.
Efficient Install Procedure. This kit’s individual components are designed to use factory locations as their mounting points. No additional modifications to your vehicle are necessary and standard hand tools are what you need for installation. That said, you will need a bottle or two of DOT 3 or 4 brake fluid and high-temperature brake pad lubricant.
Complete Front Kit. This EBC front brake rotor and pad kit offers a pair of front brake rotors, and two front pairs of the Ultimax aramid fiber brake pads. This kit also has some high-temp lubricant that you will need for installation.
Comes with a Limited 6- and 12-Month/10,000-Mile Warranty. This EBC Stage 1 Ultimax brake rotor and pad kit come with a limited 6-month/10,000-mile warranty covering factory defects to the pads, and a 12-month/10,000-mile warranty covering the rotors.
