Proven Performance. This 40 Series muffler features race-proven Delta Flow Technology. The chambered design of the muffler allows for unrestricted exhaust flow that helps boost your F-150’s torque and horsepower.
Built to Last. Flowmaster uses strong aluminized steel to construct this 40 Series muffler. The muffler has been MIG welded for added strength. A durable black finish protects the muffler from rust and corrosion.
Modifications Required. This Muffler was designed to be used on mutliple applications, as it is not a direct fit replacement part. In order to install this Muffler properly on your vehicle, some modifications to the exhaust system will be required.
Flowmaster Warranty. You get a three-year limited warranty with this Flowmaster 40 Series muffler. If any defects in materials or workmanship are found, Flowmaster has you covered.
Application. The Flowmaster 40 Series Delta Flow 2.5-inch Center/Offset Oval Muffler will fit all 1997-2024 Ford F-150s.
