    Performance Minded. Ford Racing has all the answers when you're looking for more power. Their innovate V8 design means you can upgrade your 5.0L coyote with 5.2L Cylinder Heads found in GT350s and GT350Rs. This Left Hand Cylinder Head is original production and will increase upgrade your valve train geometry to improve air flow and maximize performance. By upgrading your 5.0L, you'll reach higher RPMs and pump out more power to make the most of your time on and off the track.

    Bigger is Better. This Left Side Cylinder Head features larger port and valve sizes than the 2015 5.0L coyote cylinder heads and will drastically improve airflow to optimize performance and gain higher RPMs. It is equipped with 38.3mm intake and 32.5 exhaust valve sizes, compared to the coyote's smaller 37.3 intake and 31.8 exhaust valves sizes, providing even more room for superior air and exhaust flow.

    Higher Valve Lift. By upgrading your 5.0L with this Cylinder Head, you'll gain higher valve lift. The improved valve lift height will improve air flow and allow you to reach higher RPMs and create more horsepower. This change in valve train geometry will improve the performance of your engine, but does require a unique cam shaft and 5.2L rocker arms and lash adjusters for use. Check below for additional required part numbers.

    Quality Construction. Reliable to its core, Ford Racing's VooDoo 5.2L Cylinder Head features fully CNC ported intake ports, exhaust ports, and combustion chambers for precision flow. It features hollow stem intake valves for superior lightweight performance and sodium filled exhaust valves to help maintain optimal engine temperatures.

    Required Components. If you're upgrading a 5.0L coyote, you'll need to invest in a unique camshaft (Ford Racing Part Number: M-6550-M52) and the necessary 5.2L rocker arms and lash adjusters for installation (Ford Racing Part Number:M-6564-M52.) Both kits are required and sold separately.

    Mustang Fitment. This Ford Racing Left Side Cylinder Head is designed as a direct replacement for 2015-2020 5.2L GT350 & GT350R Mustangs and is a compatible upgrade for 2011-2017 5.0L BOSS 302 and GT Mustangs.

        Hello I have a 2013 mustang gt with all bolt ons headers intake exhaust boss mani coil packs and comp cams stage 3 will these work with my set up and would there be anything else I would have to buy to make these work? Also with what I have would I gain much horsepower right now I'm at 478 rwhp would this put me over 500 that's what I'm looking to do

        • Unfortunately, with these heads, a unique camshaft from ford is required to be used with these and the stage 3 comp cams would not work with this. With this head upgrade there would be a good power gain with a dyno tune, however, with the drop in the cam sizing that power would be lost, so separate cams would be needed to get the desired power with the use of these heads. The camshafts needed would be item M-6550-M52 as well as the 5.2l rocker arms and lash adjusters item M-6564-M52.

        I'm sure this question is a bit too much of "arm chair dyno" approach, but taking a base 5.0L, and adding these heads with the required cams and such, while staying naturally aspirated, is there any estimate of the horsepower range? Just a N/A 5.2L Coyote likely to be close to 500?

        • final power gains will depend on the complete setup, as to take full advantage of the heads, a free flowing intake should be used, such as the Boss, Gt350 or Cobra Jet. Additionally exhaust components will also come into play. As the heads are more free flowing the intake and exhaust can become a large restriction. By themselves with the cams and a tune and no other mods we would expect to see 50-70hp depending on the tune.

        Can I reuse the Kooks headers from the 5.0 stock Cylinder Heads or will I have to upgrade to GT350 Headers?

        • The Ford Performance GT350 Cylinder Heads will require a GT350 long tube header setup and will not work properly with the GT long tubes.

        I have a 2015 Roush Mustang Stage II with the Hellion Twin Turbo, 62mm complete kit set up. Is this cylinder head, left and right, compatible with my current set up? If so, do any other ancillary parts need to be purchased in conjunction with the cylinder heads?

        • The Ford Performance GT350 Cylinder Heads would be compatible with your setup, though you should calculate the new compression ratio to ensure it will be turbo friendly. Upgrading from 5.0L heads will require M-6550-M52 camshafts, and 5.2L rocker arms and lash adjusters M-6564-M52

        Could I use my Boss intake manifold and my stage 3 comp cams with these?

        • This kit will work with the Boss manifold. As far as the cams you'll need to invest in a unique camshaft (Ford Racing Part Number: M-6550-M52) and the necessary 5.2L rocker arms and lash adjusters for installation (Ford Racing Part Number:M-6564-M52.) Both kits are required and sold separately.
