Even More Power! The stock 5.0 Mustang came with an awesome 412 Horsepower and 390 lb/ft of Torque from the factory, but after installing a Ford Racing Supercharger Tuner Kit you will be planting a ground pounding 600 or more horsepower to the pavement (depending on custom tuning and fuel upgrades).

Tuner Kit. This Ford Racing Supercharger Tuner Kit includes a 2.3L Twin Screw Whipple Supercharger assembly, a complete Air-to-Water Inter Cooler, Intake manifold, and a FEAD 6-rib drive belt system.

Required Upgrade. This Ford Racing Supercharger Tuner Kit does not include a supercharger pulley or fuel injectors. Ford Racing recommends the use of 47 lb/hr, high-impedance fuel injectors part# M-9593-LU47.

Application. This Ford Racing 2.3L Twin Screw Whipple Supercharger Tuner Kit is designed to fit the 2011-2014 GT Mustangs equipped with the 4 valve 5.0L coyote engine. Custom dyno tuning is required for operation.

I have a question what would be the recommended pulley for this kit? and are there any other upgrades that might be needed aside from the fuel injectors?


  • When it comes to the Ford Racing 2.3L Supercharger Tuner Kit the pulley size is related to how much boost you plan on running which really comes down to what your plans are with the car. I personally would recommend starting with a bigger pulley for mild boost levels. This would be the Whipple Black 10-Rib Pulley 3.75" Item #102481-H( As for other supporting modifications I would recommend Ford Racing EV6 High Flow Fuel Injectors - 47 lb Item #50162( and of course you will need a custom tune for the car as well.

Whipple tuner kit I am interested in the 624 HP Wlipple tuner kit for my 2012 Mustang GT auto. BAMA doesn't do a tune for this? I have an SCT handheld now with a BAMA tune.


  • What do the product details indicate? Basically this will turn your motor into the same one that's in the late model GT350. But there are a lot of other mods Shelby did to allow the car to cope with that kind of power increase. Your handheld unit only adjusts relatively few engine variables. You may need a completely different PCM and other mods.

    Like everyone out there, I was looking ad adding some forced air down the neck of my 2013 Gt for some time . I figured I would break it in , before I went overboard . Started off with some Kooks long tubes , and a set of Magnaflow GT500 Axle Backs . The sound and power wasn't there until now . The car has a much deeper tone , much louder , and obviously the power is something not to take lightly. It has taken this car from a looker , to an all business mechanical powerhouse . The tuner kit worked out perfectly . Picked up some FRPP Cold plugs , and the 47# Injectors. 3.25 Pulley , JLT Cold Air intake . Took it over to Addiction Motorsports here in Southern California and it was on . I had always planned to have this installed and Dynoed so the Procal tuning was never even an option .
