Hey what’s up everyone I’m Justin with, and I’m taking a look at a mod that’s sure to freshen up the interior of any New Edge Mustang in a snap, I’m talking about chrome gauge bezels for your 94-04 Mustang. This is another one of those mods that Ford should have taken notes on. Once installed these trim rings look like they should have been factory equipment on every Mustang. The kit includes 6 individual trim rings that simply snap into place over your factory gauges, making for an easy install. Now you will have to remove your factory cluster, which really isn’t all that hard to do and should take you 30 minutes from start to finish. However as always if you have any problems or questions whatsoever, you can always refer to the detailed instructions located on this page. It is worth mentioning that these bezels are compatible with aftermarket gauge inserts such as reverse glow white face gauges. And if you’re really digging the look of the chrome and you want more, then you might want to check out our polished billet aluminum interior kit as well, for a show stopping interior. These rank pretty high on the old bang for your buck meter, for the money spent you can’t match the interior styling impact these give your New Edge Mustang, be sure to check them out.

Retro Styling. A set of Chrome Bezel Dash Rings are a great way to give your mustangs interior a cool retro appearance and they perfectly match the other billet and chrome interior accessories we have to offer.

Application. The chrome dash ring bezel set comes as a complete set of six Mustang gauge bezels to accent the dash cluster of your 1994 to 2004 Mustang. They install in less than an hour and require no adhesive or modifications - simply snap them into place. These dash rings are compatible with aftermarket gauge inserts.

Add some class to your dash

These chrome rings really jazz up your gauge cluster. They are easily worth the price tag and look like original equipment once you get em in. Mine were pretty easy to install and my bezel and lens didn't even seperate. Anyone who is thinking about getting these do it. You won't be sorry.

These are a nice addition to make the gauge cluster look as if each gauge is a single unit. The reflection from the gauges causes the rings to reflect that light, so the rings almost look like they're lighted too. As for the installation, start with a large ring, once you see how it clips on the others are a snap,(pun intended). It took me about 45 min. for the entire job.

      Great product

We ordered 2 sets of these, one for each of our cars. They completely change the look of the gauges. Super easy to install. If you really want to change the look of the gauges, order the reverse glow (white face) along with the rings. It looks awesome!!

      Chrome rings

The gauge rings look great in the car but I thought they would be made out of metal chrome and not plastic.

      Add some class

Normally I am not in any way in favor of "add on" types of appearance accessories, but these really give the instrument cluster a higher-end appearance and look like they could/should have been installed at the factory. They are a little bit tricky to install, but I realized that they snap in tighter if I gently shaved some of the plastic away on the rear of the cluster (NOT the bezels themselves) in the areas where the little clips meet the housing. Use an X-acto or utility knife. Put a soft cloth against the plastic to avoid scratching it while putting in the bezels. I took the time to clean it up really good inside and out.

      Awesome look perfect fit

From reading some of the reviews I was a little nervous about buying this due to the fact that I didn't fit some of the people's cars. But we took off the face plate and a couple of snaps later I had a sweet, and simple upgrade that I can't look stop admiring. It snapped without any glue, like they said, and the are firm and have no chance of popping out love!

Look Great - Should have been a factory item!

I stumbled upon these recently and wish I had known about them a lot sooner - they definitely make the dash look much better, and the cheap looking appearance of it much more "premium" looking. I put in white face guages years ago and they were a huge improvement to the look but the dash still had a cheap 2 dimensional appearance to it - adding the trim rings make them look more like actual guages VS a flat sheet of plastic. These should have been a factory item as they really make the dash look a lot more expensive and they're such a simple piece. Carbon-fiber look ones would also be a good option for those with carbon-fiber trim pieces inside and no other chrome. I thought about painting them black first because I have no chrome in the interior but it doesn't appear out of place to me as the only chrome in my interior. TIP: I never viewed the installation instructions so I'm not sure if this was mentioned but I suggest putting a soft, non-abrasive cloth inside the dash pod when installing them as you will have to slide them along the clear plastic to fit them in and could scratch it from the inside - it will also prevent fingerprints.

      totally worth it

it took me some time to pop the crome trim on there. but patience is the key. it will totally pay off and give your car that luxurious look.

      How I installed with ease.

Install one at a time starting with smaller bezels first. Hold the bottom of the bezel firmly in place with your fingers and then take a detachable pencil eraser head (like the ones that go onto a wood pencil head, over a existing eraser. Best to buy a pack of at least 15 because you'll need to use about five each for the large bezels and may need to put two eraser heads back to back to take up more space in the deep areas of the glass) and wedge it on the top of that bezel between the front of bezel and the glass. Once you have the top of the bezel firmly in place with that eraser head you can now remove your fingers at the bottom and the bezel will be snug so you can add glue in the seams all around the bezel. I used the Elmer's Carpenter's waterproof wood glue just in case I made a mess I could clean it up with water. The glue cured strong even though it's plastic. I did use a hair dryer to help the curing process and waited for a few hours before removing the erasers and installing.

      Extremely difficult and overpriced.

They look good but unless you have skinny long fingers there is no way to install these. They DO NOT snap in easily. In my case the clear glass cannot be removed from the bezel. I cracked the glass trying to push the chrome into place so now I have to spend another $40 for a new one. Also the chime would not stay in place so I used some glue otherwise they would pop out. So now when the new glass comes I will try to remove them from the old bezel but will probably crack them and have to buy new chrome bezels again. I like American muscle but spent $49 for these, fortunately found them go $19 on another site so I won't be taken for another $50. I suggest have them professionally installed.

Nice when finished, but need better directions

Nice but need better directions on putting bezel's in, put bottom in first and work your way up towards top of each bezel and hold and snap in. The edges holding them in are very fragile, be careful not to break off edge as the edge is what holds them in. Use micro fiber towels for cleaning after.

      chrome gauge rings

these rings look great and really are easy to install if you know what you are doing. no need to seperate the lens just slip them in and snap them down. a couple you cant get your fingers in far enough to snap them so hold in place with one finger and use a very small flat screwdriver to guide the snaps in from behind. no glue or anything needed. look great in my car. install took about 30 minutes.

      Chrome Rings

These rings look great in my stang and I am glad I bought them. I have a 98 and the lense didnt seperate. A dremel tool is your best friend. It will help you seperate the lense. Take your time using the dremel though. Overall, this is a good product and it looks great! A must have!!!

      Chrome gauge rings

Well finally got them on, a dremel is your best friend here, used it to cut the glue spots to remove the plastic lens, made it easier to put them on, the directions make it sound simple but in all reality its not, the end result looks good, fast shipping A++++++++

Put these in with the reverse glow white face gauge and they look amazing. Even with stock gauges and the rings it looks good. Easy install, even for amatures. Highly recommend. A++ Makes your Stang have swagger. :)

      From Plain to Class

The Chrome gauge rings add just enough to the instrument cluster to add that sporty, classy look. Instructions were excellent, right down to removing the battery cables and waiting 15minutes. My clear face was of course glued to the unit, but the instructions helped me get around that. The whole process was a no more than 45 mins. Hint just follow the instructions, no short cutting.
