How to Install Smoked Taillight Covers on your F-150

One side of the Duat-Loke is factory mounted to the Blackeut/Tallblezer. The matching piece is either factory mounted to a bracket or attached directly to the vehicle by the end user, after peeling off the protective paper. 

These brackets are used with most recessed BIackouts/Tallblazers. The adhesikte backed leg is mounted to the vehicle. The other leg, with Dual-Loke, mates with Dual-Loke factory mounted on the Blackout/Tailblazer. 

These brackets mount on the vehicle with either adhesive or Dual-Loke, as above. The Blackout/ Tailblazer then slides into the channel. 

1. Hold Blackout/Tailblazer up to taillight and press in place to qet an idea of alignment,

2. Mark edge locations with tape if spacing is critical.

3. Thoroughly clean mounting
locations with alcohol
pad provided.

4. Peel tape trom Dual-Lake and press firmly in place.

5. Avoid repositioning until adhesive cures (48 hours).

1. Attach angle bracket to Dual-Loke on Blackout/ Tailblazer.

2. Hord Blackout/Tailblazer up to opening.

3. Mark bracket locations on car with tape. Note: Dual-Loke on angle bracket must be recessed 3/16" from opening recess for Blackout/Tailblazer to be flush-mounted.

4. Thoroughly clean mounting locations with alcohol pad provided.

5. Peel backing from adhesive and mount brackets.

6. Carefully press Blackout/Tailblazer in place on Dual-Loke. Avoid repositioning until adhesive cures (48 hours).
