More Power! The Coyote powered S197 Mustang came with an impressive 412 Horsepower and 390 lb/ft of Torque from the factory, but after installing a JPC Racing Single Turbo System Tuner Kit, you will be planting a tire shredding 600 RWHP with as little as 6psi with the stock motor on pump gas or over 1000 RWHP to the pavement (depending on custom tuning and fuel upgrades). The advanced design of this Single Turbo Kit offers minimal spool times while also reducing exhaust back pressure, to essentially provide the spool time of a twin turbo kit with the overall power from a larger single turbocharger. 

Tuner Kit. The JPC Racing Single Turbo System Tuner Kit comes with a Precision 76mm Turbo, Precision 46mm Waste Gates, 1200 HP Rated Big Air-to-Air Intercooler, Custom Low Profile Electric Fan, Intercooler Piping, K&N Valve Cover Breathers, Manual Boost Controller, TiAL Q 50mm Blow Off Valve and all the required brackets and hardware needed to upgrade your mild manner Coyote to a wild snarling beast. This kit does not include any fuel management components (fuel injectors, fuel system) or any calibration.

Transmission Line Relocation. Not only the Automatic 5.0L owners are receiving a killer Single Turbo System, but you will also receive additional lines and fittings to reroute the transmission lines for proper installation.

No Cutting Required. Designed to install with no cutting required, the JPC Turbo System retains the factory air conditioning and other accessories for driver comfort.

Application. This JPC Racing Single Turbo System Tuner Kit is specifically designed for use on the 2011 to 2014 GT and Boss 302 Mustang equipped with the 5.0L Coyote V8 engine. Please choose your correct application from the options above.

Application Note. 2012-2013 Boss 302 owners will not be able to use the factory oil cooler kit with the turbo system.  A new oil filter adapter to delete the oil cooler will be included.

Technical Note. You will need to upgrade your fuel system and have a custom dyno tune for operation. Depending on your horsepower goals, the fuel system upgrade could be simple as a Boost-A-Pump or more involved with a complete return style fuel system. You will need larger fuel injectors, but the size will vary on your horsepower goals as well.

Wanted to know whether the the intake filter was gonna get wet from the hood vents on my 2014 mustang gt by rain or by normal washing the car

  • The filter may get a little wet but as long as its not drenched in water or submerged, it will not affect the performance or cause any damage.

With this single turbo tuner kit, can u run it with the stock injectors?

  • You will need to upgrade your fuel system and have a custom dyno tune for operation. Depending on your horsepower goals, the fuel system upgrade could be simple as a Boost-A-Pump or more involved with a complete return style fuel system. You will need larger fuel injectors, but the size will vary on your horsepower goals as well.

Is there a turbo kit that will allow you to pass emissions for a daily driven car or will a supercharger be the only option for boost.

  • Most turbo kits will not meet emissions regulations, however this will depend on your location and local emissions laws. Most turbo kits will remove or relocate your cats, which is against emissions regulations in most areas.

does this turbo have a silencer ring? I want it to sound like a freightliner cruising on the highway

  • The turbo in this kit is a Precision single turbo and should include a silencer ring!

Will this kit allow you to pass emissions in California or will you need to add cats to it?

  • The JPC Racing Single Turbo System is not tested or approved by the California Air Resource Board (CARB) meaning this is not legal for use upon highway in the state of California at this. Even with added catalytic converters, this system will not pass an inspection or emission test without the CARB OE number.

    Good kit

    It's a great turbo some of the piping doesn't fit perfectly. You're going to need to extend your wiring for your MAF. Boosts at 3k but drops off around 6k. You can get away with a boost a pump instead of a new fuel pump

    Perfect kit

    I freaking love this kid I've gained so much horsepower and torque from it In my 302 boss lol I used to be connecting back with the new Corvettes But now I just dominate them #FordForLife
