            Poor fitting!!!

Exhaust sounds good but the tailpipes hit in the rear on the control arms!! Wanted the dumps but they where out of stock. Didn’t have all of the hardest with it as well. Had to reuse some of my old stuff!

            Settling in...

Install was a little tricky. Nothing indicates if two mid-pipes must go on certain sides, and no directions. They appear to be same shape. Take your time making sure the system clear all objects. Going from stock 2.25" to 2.5" makes spacing tighter. End tips did not turn out even on both sides, and mufflers ended up slightly cocked. Be prepared for the drone sound for long trips, even in 5th gear.

            install

I installed the cat back on my 89 gt . It was easy for the most part but it would of gone faster if there were instructions from the manufacture or even the pipes are marked for which side. The only thing that i notice is from the mid pipe to mufflers the bolts were hard tighten with a socket driver, if they were going the other direction it would help. Beside that I very pleased with install and sound.

            MAC RULES

I loved the FlowMaster American Thunder until I bolted in the MAC. My car makes 302rwhp/328rwtq with a lumpy cam. Sounds nasty at idle and awesome at WOT. The exhaust is well designed with ball fittings. It fit like a glove even with 275/40's on 10 inch wheels. They take the time to even brush rust inhibitor on the welds. MAC knows the 5.0. The FlowMaster is a great choice but the MAC fits so much better and sounds way better at idle. MAC #1!!

            MAC Flowpath Exhaust

Installed on 92 GT along with a MAC H-Pipe. Removed complete factory system. Loved the ball and socket connections which allow great adjustability and ease to remove when necessary. Mufflers tucked up nice and high and aligned with hangers perfectly. Sound - slightly deeper at idle " quieter then Flowmasters I have used" and come alive at wide open throttle, similar to Fowmaster Force Ii system. Love it, not to abnoxius but aggressive under full throttle.

I really like this over the flow masters it still has that awesome muscle car sound without the really high pitch rasp at high rpm good quality kit fit really nice

            very nice exhaust

Easy installation. Sounds good with my bbk equal length shortly headers and my bbk off road x pipe. Very crisp and loud when you stab into it. Good deal for the price..

            Love the macs

My setup: bbk shorty headers, bbk carted h-pipe. These are perfect for a daily driver, not too loud by any means. Did it on my back in 2 hours with beer breaks. Great tone and I've had them all. I'm on my 4th fox body, I usually run flowmaster 40 series but decided to try this instead and I'm glad I did

Not too loud. Nice throaty sound

This exhuast is the right balance between loudness and aggressive sound. It's not near as loud as the Flowmasters I've had before, yet it's loud and throaty when you get on it. I bolted this system onto my Bassani catted X-pipe and everything fit together nicely. The installation hardware provided makes for a very easy install. Would defintely recommend this exhaust system to anybody interested!

Had this cat back installed this morning and I honestly couldn't be happier! Sounds amazing at idle and when you're just cruising! Nice and loud.
