Description
Sleek Low Riding Performance. Step your style up to the next level and drop your truck down to the ground with this Maxtrac lowering kit. It lowers the front of the truck three inches and the back five inches for a nice even stance that's dropped down notably compared to stock. Your Ford F-150 will accept smaller wheels while riding just as smooth as always with this kti in place. It will reduce your ground clearance though, so be careful when going off roading.
Front Shocks. Two front shocks are included with this set to help you lower your truck down effectively. These basic shocks offer more resistance than standard, allowing you to getsupport in less space.
3" Lowering Springs. Special lowering springs are in this MaxTrac kit to drop the front height down by a total of three inches. The springs are powder coated and offer more tension than the stock springs while providing a good solid ride.
Lightweight Drop Spindles. This set features a pair of spindles for the front of the truck to help drop down the height. They us a low-profile design and have a unique silver look that's very nice. These spindles are lightweight but strong and reliable.
Powder Steel Shackles and Racks. The kit relies on a flip kit including shackles and racks to drop the axle below the leaf springs and lower the body of the truck. The kit raises the axle up slightly for an exact drop in height. The components are powder coated steel.
Guided Bolt on Installation. Installing this kit is time-consuming and requires between 4 and 8 hours to complete. The shocks must be replaced, the axle flipped to a lower position and the springs and spindles must also be installed with this set. That takes time and expertise and is best left to a professional.
Lifetime Warranty. MaxTrac offers a lifetime warrnaty on many of the parts in this set and a multi-year warranty on its shocks so you can drive in confidence. The lowering kit will drop your height down without ruining ride quality and it will hold up over time.
Application. This Max Trac 3 in. Front / 5 in. Rear Lowering Kit is designed to be used on the 2011-2014 2WD 3.5L EcoBoost and 5.0L F-150s. Requires the use of 22-inch or Larger Aftermarket Wheels.
