Rip Roaring Sound. Your truck will roar to life with massive volume when you upgrade it with this MBRP XP Series 3 in. cat-back exhaust set. The kit features massive pipes that bellow out the 3.5L engine sounds to make them much louder than they are originally. The result is a truck that sounds massive and a much sportier tone overall.

Maximum Speed. With the MBRP XP Series 3 in. cat-back exhaust kit on your truck it's going to drive faster and see more powerful overall. That's because it actually increases the horsepower of the truck notably. The kit helps exhaust move faster and remain cooler. Faster exhaust results in greater horsepower and a higher performing engine overall, which is a worthwhile investment.

Stainless Built Pipes. Weathering isn't a concern with this MBRP XP Series 3 in. cat-back exhaust because it's made from top-grade T-304 stainless steel. The whole entire kit is designed to stand up to all weathering and moisture without issue. You'll be confident in the performance of our exhaust when using that kit, and that means more long-term boosts from the kit.

Use the Stock Mounts. Your truck can be modified with this kit in just two hours surprisingly. That means with the included hardware and the original mounting points on the truck, you can get this exhaust system into position on your ride. That's pretty cool and convenient.

Application. The MBRP Installer Series 3-Inch Cat-Back Middle Side Exit Exhaust is manufactured to fit all 2011-2014 Ford F-150 3.5L EcoBoost models.

    Great sound and power boost!

I recently purchased a 2014 Ford F150 King Ranch crew cab (short bed) with a 3.5L EcoBboost v6 engine. While I'm very pleased with the truck, I found myself wondering if there were a way to distinguish the truck's plush driving experience from that of a Cadillac or a Lincoln. So boring, it almost put me to sleep, and I longed to know that I was driving a real "tru-u-u-ck"! The answer was most definitely the MBRP Series 3 cat-back exhaust system purchased from American Muscle. It's turned out to be a fabulous addition to the truck, well worth the price: 1. The first thing I noticed was an obvious boost in engine power at mid- to higher-RPM ranges. With better exhaust flow through and reduced back-pressure, the EcoBoost twin turbos really kick in and stay at higher rpms for longer during acceleration. Amazing acceleration up to about 100 mph, which is as high as I want to go on I70 before the cops take notice! 2. The sound is delicious! From a low-end, deep-throuted purr during city driving (25-40 mph) to a substantial muscle-car growl during acceleration up to highway speeds (70-80 mph), the crescendo is not obnoxious, but it does get your adrenaline pumping. At steady cruising speed the sound of the twin exhaust pipes (in front of the rear tire on the passenger side) is definitely there in the background (windows up), but is not distracting or drone-like. Just right! 3. As far as installation (about two hours at the local mechanic's place), I have a couple of nits to pick. First, despite the advertisement, the length of the pipes WAS NOT sized properly for my particular F150-- a short-bed crew cab. It was obviously set up for the intermediate (6'-6") and long-bed trucks. So we had to make careful cut-offs of the front pipe and add a coupling before the muffler. It was not a straight "bolt-on" job. Measure twice, cut once. Second, the bolts for the front connector (6") were way too long, and were of definitely lower quality steel (3s, not 5s or 8s). Plan on supplying your own high-quality steel connector bolts. Third, despite tightening down the new front-end connector bolts as tight as possible, the pipe connection itself can still move a bit until you tighten down the rear hangers and connectors. The movement is very slight so I'm not worried about escaping exhaust gases. Overall, I'm very happy with my new MBRP exhaust system---particularly for the power boost and the delicious sound!
