        5 2007 V6 - P17 Installation Time: Less than 1 Hour

        Easy direct replacement

I was replacing my oem coil pack and decided I should do the whole system at once. These are great and don't break the bank. I checked the gap and they did come as specified, but I widened them a bit to go with my higher voltage coil. Make sure your engine is warm when pulling the old ones out, it makes it easier.

        As Advertised!!..

Ordered the MGK G-Power Platinum Plugs, Taylor Street Thunder 8mm Spark Plug Wires and the Screamin Demon Coil Pack. Installed and gapped plugs to .65. All systems go and definitely can tell the difference. Smoother idle and a bit quicker on the take off. Sure you arent going to get a V8 out of a V6 with just this setup but it brings something to the table. Good stuff!!..Vroom....

      • Hello! The NGK G-Power Platinum Performance Spark Plugs will be pregapped to 0.060 in.

What is the gap size for these spark plugs?

      • The plug gap should be 1.5 mm = 0.060 in.

On the NGK website, they recommend against using anti-seize on these plugs due to their trivalent plating. I just want a second opinion to confirm.

      • The trivalent metal plating provides anti-corrosion and anti-seizing properties however, depending on who you ask, some enthusiasts still use anti-seize as a "just in case" backup while others just fasten down the plug.
