If you’ve ditched your factory hood for an aftermarket hood and are now left looking for a solution for your windshield washers squirter location, then you’ll want to check out this CDC squirter nozzle relocation kit for all 2005 to 2012 Mustangs. The majority of people checking out this kit probably just picked up a new aftermarket hood, or are planning on picking one up very soon. The fact is, a lot of these aftermarket hoods don’t have any holes to allow for your factory washer nozzles, which makes for a much cleaner look. This kit completely saves you from drilling into that new aftermarket hood. That doesn’t mean you can’t use this kit with your factory hood, because you totally can, however if you do, you’ll be left with two big holes in your factory hood that you’ll either need to have covered or filled. What this kit actually does is relocate the nozzles from the hood, onto the actual windshield wiper arms themselves, that makes for a very sleek and clean finish when installed. Speaking of installation, getting all your hoses ran and everything installed is pretty straightforward. However, you will need to remove this plastic windshield cowl, and then drill two 5/16th“ holes just so you can run those hoses. After that, everything is pretty much a piece of cake, should take you no more than an hour at most. So if you just picked up that brand new aftermarket hood, only to find out there’s no more holes for your squirter nozzles, then this squirter relocation kit from CDC will be the solution to your problem.

Sleek Clean Styling. Now you can relocated your windshield washer squirter nozzles onto your wiper arms to give your hood a sleek clean appearance. This SpeedForm kit also works great with aftermarket aluminum and fiberglass hoods so that there is no need to drill into your new hood.

Application. This SpeedForm Mustang Squirter Nozzle Relocation Kit is designed for use on all 2005 to 2018 Ford Mustang with a stock or aftermarket hood.

Technical Notes. This system relocates the factory nozzles to the wind shield wipers. The holes left in the stock hood will need to be filled, if not covered.

    • The Squirter Nozzle Relocation Kit (05-12 All) will not fit the 13-14 mustangs due to a different front end. This kit will only fit the 05-12 mustangs.

Required? Do you have to have squirter nozzles? I never use mine anyways, im just wondering if i can just remove them completely to save some cash.

    • This is a personal preference. If your car is a "SHOW " car (seldom if ever on the road), then no. If your car is a daily driver it's a matter of safety. You may not use them now but in certain situations they are a great safety feature. Bugs, mud, bird &#!*...all make the ability to "WASH" your windshield a matter of safety for you and others. In the end, this is your call.

      Good product, lousy directions

My pony was hit while innocently parked on my street and a new front bumper and hood were required. I decided to get a aftermarket hood instead of OEM and found that I needed this product to complete my repair. Installation was a little confusing and the directions were no help whatsoever. After figuring everything out I am very happy with the quality and they seem to work just fine. I waited on this review to see if I was happy after a few months of use. They seem to be holding up perfectly, especially through the salt and nastiness of an east-coast winter. The only reason I give 4 stars is the worthless directions.

Good product, spray not so great

I would say that this product did complete the task of moving the spray nozzles in order to install me new hood. The issue with this kit is that the new nozzle spray is not as good as I would have expected. Another thing they should fix is the color of the hose clips, I painted mine black and it looks much better. All in all it is a decent product.

      Works like a charm

I have a Cervini C Series hood and hate the squirters that come with it and have been looking for a better option for a year now. Stumbled on these and absolutely love them. Install was pretty straight forward although the directions could be a little clearer. I will mention that they really only work correctly with regular wiper blades. RainX style wipers are fatter than OE style and restrict the flow of washer fluid a bit. The only real argument, which has already been stated is the clips are grey in color?!?! I don't know about you but I have NEVER seen a ca with grey wiper arms

CDC Squirter Nozzle Relocation Kit (05-12 All)

Very discreet relocation of squirter nozzles. Pretty easy installation. Tubing and nozzles don't show at all on my vehicle, good washer fluid coverage and pressure across majority of windshield. Very satisfied with this purchase.

      Looks and works well

Install was not bad, looks and works well. It does spray fluid over the roof I figured if you need to use it, the car is already dirty.

Not worth the money for a little hose and tape

I recommend not to spend the money. Bought 2 rear spray nozzles from a 98 explorer (F87Z-17603AA), a connector and hose for under 20. Fits better than the CDC.

The title says squirter nozzles not barely drips water nozzles.

The instructions are decent. The tubing was good quality. That is where the good ends and the awful begins. The plastic clips to hold the hoses come off on hot days and i had to upgrade to a better quality double sided adhesive. The item description says no drilling into your new hood which is correct except you have to drill 2 holes into the plastic panel under your wiper arms which is not mentioned. The squirters....they dont squirt. The first time i tried them i thought there must be a kink or leak in one of the hoses. After double checking all connections and trying the factory squirters i can absolutely assure you they are junk. I still have yet to find a remedy for this.

Cleans up hood image...pain in the butt instructions

With a little intellect you can figure it out...the instructions are very vague...and the pictures are horrible especially when they are trying to tell you where the clips go...i contemplated using zip ties because the 3m tape would not stick...even with adhesion promoter...i dont know if i put them on in the wrong spot because the image was very difficult to tell. but with a little superglue i got it to stick. I believe these instructions were made by the manufacturer...AM could you please for the sake of your customers... PLEASE redo these instructions with better detailed images... Other than that the squirters put fluid on the glass... but again not sure if they are installed in the correct area and working properl

      Hiding the Squirt

Bought this kit, for my 07 GT/CS because I have a new hood getting painted (Steeda 2" cowl) and I wanted the squirters hidden. Took about 20 minutes to do everything hides well and if you do it write you'll end up with extra stick on clamps to use in the future.

      GOOD IDEA, BUT NEEDS WORK.

I INSTALLED THIS KIT PER INSTRUCTIONS AFTER INSTALLING THE" KAENEN" COWL HOOD FROM AM. THIS KIT IS THE ONLY ONE OUT THERE SO I HAD NO CHOICE. THE SQUIRTERS DO NOT SPRAY THE WINDSHIELD DIRECTLY, BUT SHOOTS THE WATER CLEAR OVER THE ROOF. NOT VERY EFFECTIVE. THERE IS NO WAY TO AIM THEM.

Cheap look, no go in AZ

I would say it's cool they have an option out there for us to be able to put an after market hood on, but my drives side hose kept fallin off when in use so had to zip tie it, so looks ghetto now with zip ties on it, also the retaining clips fall off, doubled sided tape doesn't work when it's 120 degrees out in Arizona. Looks cheap, instructions suck for 2015 and expensive for cheap it is. So over all I wish I kept my stock hood and never went this route.

$50 for nozzles is a bit steep

I couldn't find the end pieces anywhere else. The rest of the kit is just hosing. So I bit the bullet and got the kit. It works, but for what it is $50 is a bit much.

      Didnt fit.

It is a good kit but the lines were not long enough. I had to pull the factory set and attach it to the relocation kit and add additional couplings for it to work. Wish that the kit would come with more hose lines and connectors for thenprice you pay. Not a fan of this one.

      Windshield relocation kit

Good system, easy to follow instructions. Easy install. However nozzle holes do not spray high enough windshield needed the top while positioned higher. Top 1/3 of windshield wiper path not getting wet initially and not getting much water at all

      Meh

I hit a deer with my 2006 GT and needed a new hood so I picked up this kit to go with it. I installed the kit before the hood arrived. It turned out I didn't need the kit at all as the hood came with it's own squirters (this was not mentioned anywhere when I ordered the hood so I wasted $55). So anyway, I installed the kit as directed and it doesn't really squirt at all. It is attached via double stick tape to the wiper arms and dribbles fluid onto the windshield. Nowhere near as good as stock. They are hidden so I guess that's the tradeoff. If you really want to hide the nozzles this does the trick, but the performance is poor. So poor that I am now thinking about removing the kit and using the squirters that came with the hood. They can't be any worse and they go under the hood so they are hidden as well. I may even get new wiper arms while I'm at it instead of dealing removing the tape.

      Works great

Works great but did not include a long enough hose to connect as the instructions provided ask you to do and cut your factory line. Overall works good, but instructions are not very clear as others mention as well.

      Waste

Terrible product. Package did not come with all the 3M pieces needed, the hose was not long enough and the instructions were useless. The instructions came with "pictures" that came in black and white were useless due to how fuzzy the image was. I ended up putting unnecessary holes in the cowl and just pulled the whole thing out and sent it back. WASTE.

Well designed kit let down by hardware

The install went smoothly except for the removal of the wiper arms. If your car is as stubborn as mine you will need a bolt puller to remove them. All of the tubing lengths were right on. Instructions are fairly good for most parts of install. I cleaned and prepared as directed but the clips are now starting to fall off after two weeks. It's not hard to find alternate ways to hold the hose to the arms but slightly disappointing. Wiper performance appears to be fairly good. Withholding full judgement until after Canadian winter and associated dirt, ice, and salt.
