Highly-Durable Iron Rotors. The PowerStop Z36 Extreme Truck & Tow brake kit includes highly-durable rotors that are made out of cast iron. They have been proven to resist cracking and bending. They also come with a zinc dichromate plated finish to prevent any damage caused by corrosion.
Cross-Drilled and Slotted Rotors. The included Z36 Extreme Truck & Tow rotors have been engineered with a cross-drilled and slotted design which repels water, hot gasses, and brake dust better than stock rotors. The design also helps keep the pads’ surfaces clean for better pad bite and smoother braking.
Vented Vanes. Z36 Extreme Truck & Tow rotors also come with vented vanes which provide efficient cooling. This design is tested to cool the rotors faster, even in extreme applications.
Heavy-Duty Carbon Ceramic Pads. The brake pads included in this kit have been engineered from a premium carbon-infused ceramic material. This ensures consistent density friction all over the pads and ensures the prevention of brake fade. They have also been thermal scorched to make them work faster with your truck’s new or old rotors.
