Please read all instructions before installation and to check to see that all parts are included.

NOTE: The vehicle surface temperature must be a minimum of 16°C (60°F) before installation begins.

NOTE: The dayliner wires will run between the grille and headlight. Ensure there are no moving parts that may cause damage to the wires.

Dayliner Installation

1. Remove dayliner from packaging. Check to see if all parts from above table are included.

2. Clean the surface of the headlights with soap and water. Dry area thoroughly and use 90% Isopropyl alcohol to remove other contaminates where the Putco LED Dayliner Lights will be installed.

3. Align the Putco LED Dayliners with the head lights. The Dayliners will fit along the bottom of the headlights.

4. Remove the protective backing to expose the tape and apply to the headlight by applying constant pressure for 30 seconds.

5. Run wires between the grille and headlight.

6. Run the Putco LED Dayliner wires behind the headlight to the factory headlight wiring harness.

NOTE: Headlight may need to be removed for wire installation

CAUTION: DO NOT CUT THE VEHICLE'S FACTORY WIRES IN HALF OR CUT OFF PUTCO DAYLINER DRIVER!!! (PICTURE BELOW)

7. On the factory harness plugged into lower light behind the headlights, use Scotch Locks and pliers to tap into the factory wiring. Place both wires in Scotch Lock and press steel clip down with a pliers. One end of scotch lock allows a wire to pass through it, use this side on the factory wiring. Attach the dayliner wires to the appropriate factory wire. See Table 1 for the list of suggested wire colors.

8. Verify everything is connected securely and turn the vehicle on to test the LED Dayliner Light. If your lights do not turn on, verify the connection between the Factory and Putco wiring.

NOTE: Your white Putco LED Dayliner Lights will only operate when the vehicle is on and the running lights are on.
