LED Upgrade. Your F-150's stock headlight bulbs can be easily upgraded for noticeably better visibility with this Raxiom Headlight LED Conversion Bulb Kit. These high-powered LEDs are a direct replacement and utilize bright white light with just a hint of blue for a more modern look. This 6000K color temperature also maximizes visibility off-road or in hazardous weather conditions.

Long-Lasting Performance. While conventional HID bulbs last for about 3,000 hours before dimming or dying, this LED Conversion Bulb Kit lasts over 100,000 hours, providing the greatest reliability and longevity for your truck's headlights. Produced by CREE, these SMD LEDs are rugged, highly durable, and made to last.

Plug-and-Play Installation. Installing these LED bulbs is simple thanks to their plug-and-play design. They arrive ready for installation and utilize a pre-installed wiring harness to click right in to your existing headlight assembly. Installation should only take about 20 minutes using simple hand tools.

Application. This Raxiom Headlight LED Conversion Bulb Kit is the perfect safety upgrade for adding better visibility to your 2004-2014 F-150.

Any light can drown out these, especially during adverse conditions. Skip the leds and just get a set of HIDs. also the tab on the ones i received were brittle and broke off.

I purchased the raxiom headlight/fog lights led conversion bulb kit for my 2008 F-150...when I turn on the fog lights along with the headlights, the high beams automatically comes on. Why is this happening? Thanks in advance

When i cut my head and fog lights I have alot of static in my radio...when their off the radio works fine. How can I fix that issue. Yes I have y'alls LED lights...both head lights and fog lights

MonteW

  • An issue with electronic interference is typically associated with an issue with the LED driver in one of your bulbs. We would recommend unplugging each bulb one at a time to isolate the issue to which bulb is creating the issue. Please contact our Customer Service Department so that we may assist you with diagnosing this and replacing the faulty bulb.

In the photos the light looks more white but in the video it looks more blue. Is the bulb more white or blue.

MatthewB

  • These bulbs a color temperature of 6000K, which fall under the white/tint of blue spectrum. So My biggest guess is the camera used in both situations just happened to bring a bit more out of one of these two sides of the spectrum, however it looks like technically both are correct.

Do these bulbs mess with fm radio reception. Most aftermarket hid and led lights seem to make your radio reception poor.

DerekJ

  • We have not received any feedback about the Raxiom Headlight LED Conversion Bulb Kit effecting reception. However, LED bulbs pull more electricity and may have an interference with the electrical source to the vehicles antenna. I would recommend upgrading the fuses or consider upgrading your battery.

1. Is the bulb on all the time with DRL vehicles, just like the factory bulb? This would be normal performance. 2. Is there a low beam /high beam function (like factory). I've seen some where you only get low beam, but that is explained away by it being brighter on low than factory high beam. I think a high beam is still necessary if only being able to flash high beam as a warning.

BryanM

  • Hello! The Raxiom Headlight LED Conversion Bulb Kit functions just like the factory bulb. If your factory bulb is on with DRLs so will this. It is a dual filament bulb, so it does have a high beam and low beam function in one bulb

I have had these for about 2 months. They look great and the low beam is much greater visibility then the stock ones. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because the High beams are not much brighter then the low beams. I left the low beams on most the time since I also installed the LED fog lights. Still would buy again due to the greater visibility and appearance.

    Bright

Wasn't sure how these bulbs would compare to hid bulbs, but they are great. They light up the road extremely well. Much better than halogen and I would say equally as bright as hid.

Very bright. Way better than stock headlight bulbs. If you are thinking about getting these don't hesitate buy them already and install them. Took me less than 30 minutes had to take headlights out and replace bulbs and put back together. Very simple.

    Great product and low price!

I'm normally skeptical when it comes to buying aftermarket bulbs due to past experiences but I decided to give these a shot. I have to say that I am very pleased with the result. I think this is a must-have on every vehicle. I will now be looking into uparading the rest of my lighting to LED's. Let not forget that shipping is free and in my case, (probably based on my location) I got them the very next day. Thanks AM!

    Should be your 1st upgrade!

The halogen lights on my F150 were not up to the task of back road driving or offroad. I did lots of internet searching before purchasing these. You do need to remove the headlight, 3 10mm bolts, but after that its all plug and play. The connections felt tight and the little bit of extra wire and ballast got zip tied to the factory harness. These are way brighter than the factory halogens!! My wife has a new Honda Odyssey Elite and it is just as bright as her HIDs. No extra resistor needed for dash dummy light either. Well worth the $$!! I will be ordering fogs next!

Nothing to say really. They are not as bright as I expected but are acceptable at this point. Moreover it will be interesting to see how they function in the long run.

I had no idea that these would be so easy to install and the light is so superior over the stock bulbs. I can see much clearer at night and my eyes don't get tired trying to see clearly. You have to buy these.

    Bright, but...

I was really pumped to get these as I had read other reviews and was hoping for greatness. I installed them quickly but was disappointed immediately by the mounting base and bulb separating due to brittle plastic. Also the bases do not fit very well in the housings. The first time I installed them the light was badly scattered and there was less light on the road than the factory bulbs. I immediately removed them and replaced them with Silverstars. I had intended to return them but had to replace the marker lights at a later time, so I thought I would play with these again. I played with the bulb orientation and discovered the low beam LED has to face up and vertical in the reflector housing. This cleaned up the beam pattern and greatly improved down road light output. Since that I have been impressed as they are bright and do not scatter much light. But the fit and finish should be as such that I did not have to reorient the bulbs in the base to make them work. Hopefully they last awhile.

    Lots of light...everywhere

Definitely a lot brighter than the stock bulbs. Recently on a long highway trip. I can say that even at dusk the amount of light they throw onto highway signs ahead is impressive. However, after getting used to truly excellent lights on our Infiniti, these come up a bit short. No fault of the Raxiom bulbs at all, it's the fault of the factory housings. The Infiniti has a very controlled light pattern with a distinct horizontal cutoff so the light goes down the road, but is less prone to blinding oncoming cars. The F150 housing just kind of sprinkles the light everywhere including too high in my opinion. However, I'm behind the lights and not looking at them. Nonetheless, they're a huge improvement over the two 1906 era candles that came stock. The high beams don't throw much light further down the road, just more of filling in the already lit area.

    Very good headlights

These headlights are very bright and light up the road perfectly. The install is a breeze! My only complaint is that my high beams do not work. When I turn on the high beams, all that happens is it adds more light, which would be fine except the light it adds is super low basically where the fog lights are. I don't really understand why this happens but I don't worry about it, the low beams are plenty bright enough and I just use the light bar if I need extra light.

    Led lights are the best

Very easy to install I would suggest supporting the resistors to something metal on the truck so they don't bounce around behind the head light. They're extremely bright people think I have my high beams on haha
