How to Install RBP RX-3 Series Studded 1-Piece Grille - Black on your F-150

Step 1. To install your new grille you will r cell to Remove  you gille shell from the vehicle as this will allow you to do tine necessary prep work so that your new grille can be installed. The pille shell will need to be removeclby it:moving the 6 nuts at the  corner of the grille shell. 

Step 2. You will need to al the center portion of the stock grille to allow the no.v grille to be installed .load the her bars you will need any type of disc cutter or saw. Wb recommend to mad( out a 1/4 inch border with a marker to allow you to sec where you will need to art You may cut the bus right to die edge ofthe inner wing it flush to the edge. 

Step 3. Now that you have completed cutting the caner por-tion of the grille you will now be able to =love the center of die stock grille shell. 

Step 4. Inspect the inside of the stock grille and runove any rough edges with a disc sander this will provide an even and clean edge. 

Step 5. Once you have completed Step 4 you will now be ready to install your new grille place it on top of the stock grille shell and place it centered as you will now begin to tighten all the hardware povided ,this will secure the Dille in place. 

Step 6. Now that you have completed step 5 you will be ready to reinstall the grille shell back on to the vehicle using the same hardware that you previously =loved This will con-clude you installation.
