Roush Performance Power Pac; Level 1 (15-17 3.5L EcoBoost F-150, Excluding Raptor)

Gain over 50 Horsepower. The Roush Level 1 Power Pac gets your 2015-2017 F-150’s 3.5L EcoBoost thundering with fresh power – all with the minimal application of a cold air intake and a performance flash from the included RDT flash software. This installation wins you a colossal gain in power over stock – up to +57 horsepower and +51 ft-lbs of torque, enough to turn your ordinary pickup truck into a towing and accelerating dynamo. Your truck also gets a sporty performance feel throughout the RPM range – the enhanced throttle mapping and boost will almost make you feel like you’re driving a muscle car! This power pac is optimized for 91 octane fuel.

Professional Flashing Required. An aftermarket tune is required – in fact, flashing the engine with the included RDT flash software is an integral part of the Roush Level 1 Power Pac. The flashing will probably need to be done at a dealership rather than at home, so you may need to pay a dealer fee for that part of the installation.

Reinforced Cotton Gauze Filter. The air filter of the cold air intake included in the Roush Level 1 Power Pac is a cotton gauze type reinforced by twin layers of wire mesh (internally). This filter is a dry element that doesn’t need to be oiled. You can periodically remove it, wash it, and reuse it to greatly extend its service life, removing the need to keep buying new filter elements.

Built from Polyethylene and EPDM. The cold air intake portion of the Roush Level 1 Power Pac is made from polyethylene for light weight and affordability alongside good toughness characteristics. The construction is mostly black, though the filter element itself is a red color. An EPDM foam seal is installed around the top of the air box to ensure a complete seal between the box and the hood, keeping engine heat effectively at bay. The intake’s tube uses stainless steel clamps and is made for a smooth, high-flow operation.

MAF Housing Included. The MAF housing of the Roush Level 1 Power Pac is made to accommodate a 105mm MAF. This is not included in the kit, but the flash handles all necessary tuning for this MAF sensor.

Some Drilling Needed for Installation. Installing the cold air intake portion of the Roush Level 1 Power Pac is a simple matter of bolting the component on in place of the stock intake, using the provided hardware. Some drilling is required. The flash tuning of the engine usually requires the services of a dealer to accomplish, however.

3 Year, 36,000 Mile Warranty. The Roush Level 1 Power Pac comes with a 3 year or 36,000 mile warranty from the manufacturer. You can optionally purchase a 3 year or 36,000 mile powertrain warranty for your vehicle from Roush as well.

Application. This Roush Level 1 Power Pack is specifically designed for use on 2015-2017 F-150s equipped with the 3.5L Turbocharged V6 engine.
