Unleash 235 More Horses. The stock 2010 4.6L 3V V8 GT Mustang comes with an impressive 315 Horsepower and 325 lb/ft of Torque from the factory, but with a Roush R2300 Single Belt Phase 2 Supercharger kit installed the numbers jump to an astounding 550 horsepower and 500 lb-ft of torque; that's 235 more than stock.

Monstrous blower kit, Roush style. This complete package transforms your GT into a track-shredding beast. Comes with a 2.3L TVS® supercharger with black finish, upper and lower intake manifolds, an intercooler, a low temp radiator, the ROUSH® cold air intake system, a dual 60mm electronic throttle body, a 80mm bolt-on pulley and a unique fuel rail with 52 lb/hr fuel injectors.

New High-flow Technology. The ROUSH Phase 2 R2300 supercharger features Eaton's new cutting edge Twin Vortices Series technology (TVS) rotating assembly that delivers more power and better fuel economy in a smaller package for uncompromising performance. This a roots-type, positive displacement supercharger features twin four-lobe rotors that are twisted 160-degrees to greatly enhance thermal efficiency, enabling higher volume capacity, and higher operational speeds.

Upgraded ROUSH PCM calibration. ROUSH® PCM calibration is a success of engineering that maximizes the power of the system. ROUSHcharger owners will receive a ROUSH® PCM Flash Voucher Card, which is used to obtain the specific calibration needed for your Mustang and requires ROUSH Diagnostic Tool (RDT) software and a J2534 Pass-Through device to upgrade your PCM (software and pass-through device not included). This kit also features the ROUSH® logo, showing that serious performance lies within when you raise your hood.

Application. This Roush R2300 550HP Single Belt Phase 2 Supercharger Kit is specifically designed for use on the 2010 GT Mustang equipped with the 4.6L 3V Modular V8 engine. Fits manual transmissions only. NOT approved for sale or installation in the state of California.

Will I have to get forged internals with this kit? A base 2010 3V engine can only handle upwards of 450 hp without damaging the motor

  • Hi,This Phase 2 Roush R2300 550HP Supercharger should be used with forged internals to insure the life of your motor.

Will it fit a automatic transmission? I have 2010 premium gt.

  • The Roush supercharger kit will only fit 2010 Mustang GT models equipped with the manual transmission.

Good afternoon, on the 475 HP kit it states a new "plug and play harness is included", this is not stated in the 550 HP kit ad. Is the 550 HP kit a true plug and play as it relates to the associated wiring harnesses, or is there work that needs to be done to customize wiring harnesses and or plugs during the install?

  • One reason the 475 HP kit uses a plug and play harness is for CARB approval reasons. For this kit, the wiring harness will require some modification. The installation procedure for this is a bit complex, but the guide covers it pretty well for the experienced hand. While it hasn't been uploaded just yet, if you'd like to reach out to us we'd be glad to assist with an install guide if you'd like to get a better idea of the product's installation.

    SuperCharger phase 2

    Made a world of a difference, I had a 120 shot of nitous going into this at first but after I put the supercharger on, it's like all that power at once. Installment wasn't too difficult compared to some of the superchargers I've installed, after the dyno and time this thing was pushing close to 500HP. Deffiently worth it.
