Thankfully, the Rugged Ridge XHD Recovery Gear Kit is here to save the day. In one convenient bag, you’re getting everything you need to save the day – dynamic recovery straps to decrease pull shock, tree trunk protector straps to ensure your tow point doesn’t break away, D-rings to hold it all together, and a pair of gloves to protect against the elements and the compromised steel.
Super Tough Components. All of the elements of the XHD recovery kit are built to stand up to the elements, gravity, and the full payload of your truck without batting an eye. The Recovery Strap and Snatch Block Pulley are rated for 20,000 lbs. each, while the tree trunk protector can withstand a whopping 30,000 lbs.! The zinc-coated D-rings can hold up to 9,500 lbs., ensuring that whatever you hook them to, they’ll hold tight, like the rest of the kit.
Safety First. Pulling a stuck vehicle out of the mud (or wherever else it ended up) is a very tricky process with a lot that can go wrong. To that end, Rugged Ridge supplies you with a pair of heavy duty leather gloves to protect your hands as well as a winch line dampener, which can reduce the risk of line recoil injury in the case of line or recovery strap failure.
Do NOT Try This At Home … unless you’re practicing. Vehicle recovery is a slow and very dangerous process, so only be sure to have this done by a trained professional. Further vehicle damage, injury to bystanders, and death can occur as a result of careless or untrained recovery.
Application. This Rugged Ridge XHD Recovery Gear Kit is designed to work with all 1997-2024 Ford F-150 Models, but is capable of recovering any vehicle with the proper recovery points installed on their vehicle.
