How to Install T-REX Billet Series Polished Lower Grille - Vertical on your F-150

2004-2005 FORD F-150
VERTICAL BUMPER INSERT

Parts List:
1 Billet Bumper (58 Bars)
2 6-32 x 1.5 Machine Screws
2 6-32 Nylon Lock Nuts
2 #6 Flat Washers
2 2 Flange Brackets (2000F)

Read and understand instructions before attempting installation

Step 1.

Open the hood to allow access to the rear of the bumper billet. Center the billet insert into the factory bumper opening.

Step 2.

Note the two tabs welded to the rear of the billet grille. Place a machine screw in the two tabs from the front. From behind bumper; place a flange bracket and flat washer on each screw. Now thread a Nylon lock nut on each. Be sure the billet is centered and tighten the fasteners (DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN). Thank you for purchasing a T-Rex Billet Grille. 5/15/06
