Description
Tensile Steel Construction. Wastegate has designed this spring with the latest advanced material. A durable tensile steel design ensures that the spring’s elasticity is maintained when the spring is exposed to extreme tensile forces. It also ensures smooth operation and feedback with the actuator and improves actuator mechanism.
3 PSI. This ensures that the spring can provide a force of up to 3 pounds per square inch to the actuator. This ensures the actuator is up and running and improves air-flow to the turbocharger. The springs for the Turbosmart models are designed to be interchangeable. You don’t have to worry about unnecessary replacements when all you need is in your truck.
Improved Boost levels. An e-Boost controller is recommended for optimum performance. You, however, have to buy the controller separately. To achieve the maximum boost rating of 3 PSI, you can use a two-spring combination. Turbosmart has designed the actuator to allow multiple spring connections for customization and satisfaction.
Brown/Black Polish. This particular color ensures improved temperature control and maximum heat dissipation. Reduced heat levels enable the actuator to perform under optimum conditions. It also ensures that the spring is rust and corrosion free. Turbosmart guarantees a long life for your spring and an improved elastic performance.
Installation. With only 20 minutes to spare, anyone can hack this setup. You need simple garage tools and a minimal level of experience repairing and installing vehicles.
Warranty. Turbosmart covers its products for a period of one year from the date of purchase. It is liable for defects in material and workmanship under normal use and proper installation practices.
Application. The Brown/Black 3 Pound Square Inch Turbosmart Wastegate Actuator Inner Spring is designed to be compatible with all 1997 to 2024 Ford F-150 Turbo Models. The additional springs are sold separately.
