2000 Cobra R Style Wheel Pictures

Making another performance splash, Ford’s Special Vehicle Team (SVT) created yet another Cobra R, and this one has been the most powerful Cobra R to date. Brought out in 2000, the SVT Cobra R was created and outfitted with a 5.4L Modular V8 Engine with its own custom intake and heads which were later used in the Ford GT that debuted in 2005. Completely naturally aspirated, this Cobra R put down 385hp and 385ft/lb of torque. For the 2000R, only 300 were made and was the first Mustang to be equipped with 18x9.5” wheels from the factory.
