Holiday Note: To ensure orders are received in time for Christmas, no personal checks should be send after Dec 4th. Any and all mail-in orders should be received no later than December 4th.

If you would like to check the status of your international order placed through Bongo International, you will need to contact Bongo at +1 203-683-4894 or with your request.
All requests to change or cancel an order should be made over the phone with one of our representatives. Requests sent via email may not be received in time, and your order may ship. Please double check that your order is correct before submitting your order.
An order that has already received tracking cannot be canceled. Please call us to set up a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) once your order has been received.
If you need to change the address on an order in transit with UPS, please call us. There will be a fee of $10 per package. Orders shipped with USPS cannot be changed while in transit.

Orders placed online after 4 p.m. Monday through Friday are imported on the next business day. Once received into our system a conformation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
If you did not receive an order confirmation email from us please call us at 1-866-727-1266 and we can confirm that your order was placed and supply you with your order number. We can even send you a copy of your invoice via fax, email, or snail mail.

Your order has not been approved until you receive a confirmation email from us (within 1 business day of placing your order). We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at any time. In some cases, additional verification is needed before your order can be accepted.
If additional information is required, we will attempt to contact you via email or phone using the information you provided with your order. If we are unsuccessful in our attempts to contact you, we have the right to refuse or cancel your order.

In the event of a back ordered item, we will ship the in stock items when appropriate.(Canadian orders and mount and balance orders excluded) We will then contact you via email to inform you of the out of stock item and give you the option to (1) Change the item to an in stock part. (2) Hold the back order until the item is in stock. (3) Cancel the back order. You will only be charged for the items that ship, unless you are paying via PayPal or Bill Me Later.
Most back ordered items are normally replenished within about two weeks of placing an order with the manufacture. Unfortunately, this cannot be said for all out of stock products, especially during the holidays and the spring and summer months.
