High PerformanceUpgrade. If you're running a forced induction or nitrous setup on your GT Mustang, upgrading the stock fuel pump is a necessity to keep your engine from starving for fuel. Your weak stock fuel pump just isn't capable of keeping up with a modified engine's fuel demands, so upgrade to an Aeromotive Stealth A1000 Fuel Pump Kit to maximize the power of your mods.

Better Flow. Producing a very generous 600 lbs./hr. flow rate (90 psi max), the Aeromotive A1000 Mustang Stealth kit can support up to 1300 HP on naturally aspirated engines and up to 1000 HP on forced air inducted setups.

Drop In. The Aeromotive Stealth A1000 single drop in fuel pump utilizes the factory jet siphon system and includes an integral 100 micron stainless steel pre-pump filter, ORB-08 Outlet Port and an ORB-08AN return line port so you can plumb a true return-style system into your Mustang to support the big power you're making. The Aeromotive A1000 Mustang Stealth kit reuses the factory tank, fuel level sending unit, O-ring, lock ring, and mounting location all to save you money. Requires a full return style fuel system with the use of a fuel pressure regulator.

Application. This Aeromotive Stealth A1000 Fuel Pump Kit is designed to fit the 2010 to 2014 GT Mustang equipped with either the 4.6L or 5.0L engine.

Would this work on my car having only intake and full exhaust or would it be too much? I plan on doing supercharger down the road, but need to replace pump now and don't want to buy two different pumps..

  • For bolt-on's, you are looking at upgrading where it doesn't count just yet. If you plan on adding boost later on, it would be advantageous to do this upgrade during or shortly after the install of a major power-adder. If you plan on running E85, you are on bought time with the stock pump. Some people report the pump lasting thousands upon thousands of miles on E85, some report failure earlier than that. I'm currently running a Paxton system with a full bolt-on car and I'm using a VMP boost-a-pump system with great success. The stock fuel pump on the 11-14 coyote cars do very well when equipped with a fuel booster for moderate power adders such as boost and nitrous.

E85 Is this fuel pump capable to run E85

  • If you plan to run E85 fuel you must be prepared to install proper filtration, and maintain it as frequently as every 10 run-hours. If not, Aeromotive does NOT recommend you the use of E85 with the Aeromotive Stealth Fuel Pump. Aeromotive’s new product warranty assures the purchaser their Pump will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Fuel pump failure caused by clogged/blocked fuel filters is not the result of any defect in the pump itself, and is not covered under warranty.

    DOES NOT FIT 2010 MODEL!

I installed twin turbos on my 2010 mustang gt, so obviously I needed more fuel. The dual gt500 pumps weren't enough, so I ordered this. It came in, I tore the car down, and proceeded to install. The pump does not fit in the tank, the hat is bigger than the o-ring lock and therefore will not work on a 2010. I believe the listing was supposed to be "11-14." It also sits at a slant, which would throw the fuel sender off, and the bracket to attach the factory sending unit is not correct either. Not saying it's a bad pump by any means, but it does not fit 2010, therefore I do not know how well this pump performs.
