The PowerStep is a great product that allows you to get in and out of your F-150 easily, but if you have a lifted F-150 you may find that the original PowerStep comes up short. That is why Amp Research created the PowerStep XL. The PowerStep XL is 3” lower than the original PowerStep for easy access into and out of your lifted F-150. Specifically designed for your 2009-2014 F-150, these XL running boards deploy automatically when your doors open and can even be manually deployed while closing the doors for access to your truck's roof. Each step features a 600 lbs. load capacity, ensuring superior strength and durability for the many adventures ahead.

Premium Construction. Each PowerStep XL is proudly designed and made in the USA. They features OE quality motors and high strength die case aluminum alloy components completed in a military spec finish to ensure superior corrosion resistance. The steps are crafted from extruded aluminum and finished in a tough black textured powder coat for an extra secure footing and long lasting durability. They're weather proof and designed to take on any climate for reliable performance.

Light Weight Design. Unlike heavy steel tubes, these side steps feature a lightweight and aerodynamic design, making them perfect for daily drivers and work rigs. Thanks to the lightweight aluminum, these steps weigh 10-20% less than most OE and aftermarket running boards to help you maximize your F-150's fuel economy.

Installation. These Automatic Running Boards feature a secure frame mounted installation. The necessary hardware and components are included, but additional wiring and splicing is required. We recommend seeking a professional installation with a certified mechanic in effort to keep your warranty in tact.
