Does this work with borla? I was just wondering if this would work with the borla exhaust I have. I know my exhaust tips are now 4.5 if not 5.0, I can't remember which, but I do know that is bigger then stock so I didn't know if those holes would be big enough

  • The answer to that question is going to have a wide range. Your best bet is to call a local body shop. They will tell you the same thing, but I can tell you what factors are going to be involved. I'm going to assume that the ONLY thing you want painted is the body kit and the rest of your car is fine and you aren't changing colors. The prep work they have to do on the body kit is going to be a big factor. If it's a straight bolt up, you shouldn't have to pay more than a few hundred to have to installed. Painting won't cost you as much as painting the whole car, but to give you an idea, a decent 3 stage paint job (primer, color and clearcoat) will run you about 3 grand for the whole car (at least in the south east) so you're probably looking at 2 grand for that, maybe less. I would say you're going to pay anywhere between $1500 and $4000 depending on the area you live, the shop you take it to, and the prep work that has to be done.
