The Eibach Sport-System-Plus will improve turn-in response, increase cornering speed and reduces body roll - turning your Pony into a corner-carving machine.

Does this kit come with the front strut mounts? Or do I need to get them separately​?


  • The Eibach Sport-System-Plus Suspension Kit w/ Solid Rear Sway Bar does not come with front strut mounts. The kit will reuse the factory strut mount, however, if they are worn or damaged, we would highly recommend replacing them with new mounts.

I have a 2014 Mustang GT with 20x10 wheels with 305/35 R20 tires in the rear. They stick out ever so slightly so my question is will this drop cause a problem with tire rub?


  • With the estimated drop in the rear being 2.0" you will have rubbing issues with this handling package. You would need to have a body shop roll your fenders for some clearance.

Wondering if a panhard bar and camber bolts would be needed after installing this kit


  • yes it will correct your alignments. and shift your rear axle back in place. PHR or PHB is not needed tho.

Will this be ok with RTR Front and Rear Valence? I plan on putting the RTR front and rear valences on my car, along with the Roush side diffusers. I was wondering if this kit would be too low for it clearance wise, or would it be better to go with the Pro-System?


  • This will work with the valences on flat roads but if you are going over bumps or dips clearance will be an issue. I would recommend going with the Eibach Pro-System-Plus, the height is lowered .5 inch less and that can make all the difference in possibly ripping the valences off or scratching them.

    The Low Life

    To start off, I bought this product when it was $995, and not even a day later AM raised it to $1150. Talk about luck lol. Anyways everything included is super nice. The ride drop is really low, and if you have fat tires, it makes it look even lower. All of it does stiffen up the ride but that's to be expected. It eliminates the "floaty" feel your get when you take a turn and you feel much more planted on the ground. Wheel hop has been reduced drastically though there is still a little bit leftz I just bought LCAs so I'm hoping that gets rid of the rest of the wheel hop. I feel a lot more confident in taking turns and feel reassured that I have all the right upgrades I needed when lowering my car. I do advise buying a panhard bar though, my axle shifted to the right after lowered. For install, me and two other friends did this and it took a few days working on it 4-5 hrs each day. I have no issues with squeaking, rattling, or clunking.

    Never again!

    First off I waited 4 months to get my kit because it was on back order, when it finally arrived the parts were dusty like they had been used, I still install them because eibach said they were ok and they lasted 7 months if that. I took my car for an oil change and found out my front struts are blown and I have to replaced them! Tech is yet to check the other parts but yea I'm disappointed with this kit.

    Great product

    The Eibach sport kit is the best upgrade I've made so far. Should have been the first thing I did. The ride height is perfect, ride is firm enough for aggressive driving and still comfortable. The car doesn't bounce like before and roll is reduced. The kit was easy to install. Basic tools is all that is required except a spring compressor. If you don't have one I would get a breaker bar. I would definitely recommend a set of caster camber plates and an adjustable panhard bar. After installation the rear needed to be centered. The factory strut mounts are of very poor quality. They broke as soon as I took them off the strut assembly. The Eibach sport kit exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend this kit. You won't be disappointed.

    Flys on the highway Not great on uneven pavement

    The stance of my Mustang looks so awesome every time I look at it I'm in awwwww. On the highway it drives like a dream so smooth. I recently put the handling to the test I tried to run it up as many windy uphills as I could. The turns uphill it's hard to describe it, just flowed perfectly. If I tried to do that in my old stock system the car would jump a little off the road. But when it comes to city and residential driving I have run into a similar problems with taking bumps in the road the car takes some bounce which doe's not feel that great. But then I get it on the highway and I'm back to smooth riding. It will be something that I'll be monitoring I would be interested if a different set of shocks would help correct that. Before I purchased this system I did speak with a Mustang expert which had a similar set up on his 98. But I added the Maximum Motorsports Caster Camber plates, Front and rear strut tower braces, Steeda bumpsteer kit, and a Maximum Motorsports adjustable Panhard Rod. All this might of been overkill but I figured that I was making such huge adjustments that it all would be a benefit.

    Great Improvement with a little loss in ride comfort

    My choice between this and the Pro package was wanting to get the max lowering for appearance and performance. It looks and handles great but there is a loss in comfort on many street bumps, but not too bad. I may look at some other shock options, maybe the Pros from Eibach over time but the car is a handling monster and I look forward to getting it on the track..

    Well worth the money.

    I really like the hight this kit has lowered my mustang to. The looks are very aggressive and I get lots of compliments. The ride is not too harsh and it handles great. Just be careful entering or exiting steep driveways.

    Big difference

    After 50,000 miles my stock suspension had 2 blown shocks and I was ready to switch it up. I installed this kit in 2 afternoons. (Would have been 1 if I got the right spring compressor the first trip to the parts store, make sure you get the macpherson model.) Install is fairly simple and I love the ride height the car has now, my 19" wheels fill the wheel well perfectly now. The only thing I would recommend is getting aftermarket front sway links and upgrading or getting new front strut top mounts. Im not sure why this kit didnt contain new front sway links because the rear did. Also you will need an alignment kit.

    Car looks and handles awesome

    If you are looking for a great stance and some awesome cornering this is the kit for you. There is a slight bounce when hitting an imperfection in the road. It is not horrible but it is noticeable. I am extremely pleased with the purchase.

    Great appearance upgrade and not too rough

    I installed this product myself as I do work in a shop. Total install for me took about three hours on a lift with air tools. I live in Houston TX and haven't noticed an unreasonable loss of ride quality. The whole setup comes with all the grease for the bushings and new bumps stops along with dust boots for the front which are not mentioned or pictured. If you are familiar with installing stuts you will have no problem.
