Description
Power Of The "Coyote". Now you can add the power of the "Coyote" to your very own custom Mustang build with a brand new Ford Racing crate engine. Built with all new parts this Ford Racing 5.0L 4V DOHC "Aluminator XS" crate engine has extreme duty high compression forged pistons with H-beam connecting rods and features a 11.0:1 compression ratio to make over 500 Horsepower, perfect for high performance applications.
Built Ford Tough. This Ford Racing crate engine is built from a lightweight aluminum cylinder block that features cross-bolted main bearing caps and thick main bearing bulkheads for bottom-end strength. Assembled with Mahle hard anodized forged pistons with Graphal low friction coating, Manley H-beam connecting rods with ARP 2000 bolts, this Coyote engine includes a Boss 302 crankshaft damper, large sump 12qt capacity oil pan, Ford Racing oil filter, colder heat range 0 spark plugs, Boss valve springs, 47lb fuel injectors and Ford Racing coil covers.
High Revving Efficient Power. A 65 mm twin bore "drive by wire" throttle body in combination with a Cobra Jet intake manifold provides efficient air delivery and weight savings. The four-valve-per-cylinder fully CNC ported aluminum BOSS heads with roller-finger followers reduce friction while piston-cooling jets, optimized oil drain-back and windage control improving high-rpm performance.
Required Upgrades. The Ford Racing 5.0L 4V Aluminator XS create engine requires an Engine Control Pack and Alternator Kit for proper installation and operation.
2 Year/24,000 Mile Warranty. This crate engine carries Ford Racing's 2 year - 24,000 mile Warranty from the date of purchase for replacement or repair only.
Application. This 5.0L 32V DOHC Coyote Aluminator XS Crate Engine fits 2011-2014 GT Mustangs. It can also be used in a resto-mod or custom car build.Technical Note. Does not include vehicle harness, PCM or alternator.
