Installation

2005-2009 Finned Fuse Box Cover Installation Instructions

This finned Fuse Box Cover is designed to compliment the factory intake/plenum cover and to maximize the appearance of the engine compartment. No tools required.

Place the fuse box on top of a smooth surface to protect finish while installing. Use a soft cloth and place it on the smooth surface. The fuse box should be placed with Finned face down.

Remove the existing fuse box cover. Clean the top of the existing fuse box cover with alcohol wipe provided, to ensure a strong permanent bond.

Apply the urethane tape on the existing fuse box cover on all 4 corners, approximately ¼” over the edge. Apply firm pressure to ensure contact.

Push the Finned Fuse Box Cover down over the existing factory cover and again press firmly to ensure maximum contact. Let it set for a couple of hours (preferably 24 hours) to achieve strong, permanent bond.

Caution: The use of harsh degreasers and/or high pressure washers may damage the painted finish on this product and will void any warranty, adjustment or return of this product.
