Description
Greater Visibility. The Mustang HID Dual Beam Headlight Conversion Kit will provide you with the ultimate in visibility and will illuminate the dark road ahead as if it were daylight.

Dual Beam Design. In the past if you wanted to convert to High Intensity Discharge technology you had to sacrifice your high beams. But not anymore! This HID Kit utilizes electromagnetic servo technology that is integrated right into the bulb holder to re-aim the headlight bulb up or down to switch between high and low beams.

HID 8000k Bulbs This HID conversion kit uses powerful 8000K bulbs that produce a pure white light with a very slight bluish tint to increase your mustangs night vision. The 8000k bulbs consume less power than standard halogen bulbs to produce lower heat and result in longer bulb life.

Straight Forward Installation. Each kit includes all the necessary hardware, ballasts, wiring, bulbs, and installation instructions needed to convert your blind pony to crystal clear HID. See below for complete installation instructions.

HID kits are not to be used in a Projector light setup.

    Great visibility and style

too pricey for what they don't do

Everything hooked up fine, however there really is a minimal difference between high and low beams. I actually feel as if the low beans shine down the road further and the high beams shine more from side to side. Have got plenty of compliments though.

    GOOD AND BAD

Well I just installed my HID kit and the lights look great at night even in daylight, they really grab a persons attention at night, the bad thing... its draining my battery at idle for some reason. And now im starting to wonder if anyone else has the same problem or if its just me.

    HID kit

This kit was easy to install even for a non car pro like me. The lights themselves look pretty white too. Only a slight blue hue to them. I definitely recommend this kit to any mustang owner. I'm totally upgrading my fog lights now!

    Looks are worth it

The lights are a breeze to install, they only fit one way, disregard the instructions that come with it and use AM's posted instructions.... the lights tell my car that the high beams are on all the time. this is fine, but fogs don't work with high beams, fear not, there is a way around this if it happens to you.... or even if you just want fogs to work with brights... Between the battery and the strut tower is a electrical box labeled "Power Distribution Box" In this box there are several relays and fuses, two of these relays are smaller and rectangular. The one at the back of the box on the most inside corner should be the fog interrupt (relay number 5 on the lid). Remove this relay and look at the contact blades. There are two contact blades parallel to the short side of the relay and three parallel to the long side of the relay. They are also numbered 1-5 (in very small numbers beside each contact) With the two larger contacts up, remove the left pin of the three small ones (the blade you are removing is labeled number 2). remove the blade with pliers, just bend back and forth until it comes off, reinstall and voila... your fogs work with high beams now.

    Can See the Road NOW!

These lights are awesome. They are really bright and light up the road. There is a hint of blue which gives it a really nice clean look to my sonic blue 03 stang. Only thing was I couldnt tell much of a difference between highs and lows. I think the lows look better and brighter plus i like having my fogs on so i never really use the highs anyways. Great product and easy install~!

HID Kit On My 02 GT

I bought these for my 2002 Mustang GT and love them. This kit is very easy to install. I mocked it up to make sure it all worked withing 2 minutes and installed in less than 30 minutes. The hardest part is to make everything look stock if you are anal about looks like i am. I highly recommend this kit to anyone looking to do the conversion process. I look forward to buying the foglight kit soon.

    HID conversion

I installed these on my 2003 Mach 1. These lights provided everything that I was expecting, super bright white light. The kit was simple and straight foward to install.
