Improves Handling. The most popular progressive rate spring in H&R's line-up, Super Sport Springs will lower your Mustangs center of gravity, to reduce squat during acceleration, body roll in the corners, and excessive nose-dive under hard braking. Sport Springs feature more control than that of the stock factory springs, but are still comfortable enough for daily driving and occasional track use.

Aggressive Stance. The H&R Super Sport Springs not only improve the handling of your S197 Mustang, but they also improve the overall appearance by lowering the ride height approximately 1.7" in the front and 1.9" in the rear to eliminate that nasty raised 4x4 truck look for a more aggressive muscle car stance.

Application. This set of four H&R Super Sport Springs are designed specifically for use on the 2005 to 2009 Coupe and Convertible Mustangs, including the V6, GT, and Bullitt models. Does not fit the Shelby GT500.

With these springs and tokico shocks and struts my mustang was sitting low and looking mean. I added 20x10 shelby razors (gunmetal) with 255 high speed pro-rated low profile tires and they fit perfect. The handlin is increadiible, but be sure to upgrade to gas shocks so the ride is smooter. Great product, and usually costs about $800.00- $900.00 to install professionally. The kit also stays in alignment very well. If I can fit 20x10 rims/tires then this kit can fit any tire/rim combo. so dont be afraid to lower it this much.

Overall a great product with instant results both good and some not so good.Handling is now at least 50% better than without, the look of the car is awesome! Really turn some heads with the new stance.On the flip side I recommend installing other items along with this spring set. Shocks,struts, UCA's and LCA's.Ride is horrible without the proper setup you will regret installing the springs alone. H&R is reputable company with many accolades I am satisfied with their product.

Bought these springs for my 05 GT and i couldnt be happier. I had these in my 02 GT and when i got my 05 i knew the first thing i waas doing to it was buying these. They improve the handling, you can take a corner like a champ.The ride is a lot better you can feel the car hug the ground. The only downside is going over bumps (it feels like your suspension is made of bricks) but you take the good with the bad adn there are definitely more pros than cons when it comes to these.
