How to Independently Wire Your Fog Lights (01-04)

The process of independently wiring your foglights for the 2001-2004 Mustangs is fairly similar to the process for the 1994-2004 Mustangs. The only difference is the placement of the wiring harnesses has changed. This cannot be done on a convertible at the present time.

Note: In order to do this modification you MUST be able to splice wiring. If you dont feel comfortable in doing this either get professional to assist in installing the wiring, or take it to a professional shop to be done.

1. Take off your shift knob and pull up your shifter bezel. The easiest way to do this is to hook your fingers under your shift boot and pull up. If you have installed a short throw shifter before, you should know how to do this.
