Performance Upgrade. Built with advanced engineering, the KYB AGX Adjustable Front Strut features velocity-sensitive valving that gives you a comfortable ride under normal driving conditions, but automatically firms up as the driving conditions become more serious. Making this KYB adjustable strut the perfect performance upgrade for superior ride quality and handling.

Fully Adjustable. AGX gas struts are fully adjustable allowing you to tune the damping for your specific driving conditions, whether it is for street, strip or the track. Simply turn the slot on the top of the piston rod with a screwdriver to adjust, all without having to remove any parts or lifting the vehicle.

Application. This KYB AGX Adjustable Front Strut is designed for use on all 1994 to 2004 Ford Mustangs, including the V6, GT, Bullitt, Mach 1, and SVT Cobra models. Sold individually.

Just finished installing these on my 01 GT, and I must say these front struts mixed with the Ford Racing B springs made a HUUUUUUGE difference! The car now feels so much better now, that all i can say is THIS IS HOW THE CAR SHOULD COME FROM THE FACTORY !Install time was fair. I suggest you get the ford OEM shock absorber kit part # AD-954 XR3Z-18198-BA (you need one kit for each side) this will save you time taking apart the stock struts that will need replacement anyway I\'m sure.my setting is # 3 upfront .

Bought these after an H&R spring drop. A couple of things you should know...1) KYB initially stated that these are only good up to a 1.5" drop (H&R SS springs give 1.75"), and that if you drop more than that, to consider buying something else. This was indicated on several of their ads.2) They are adjustable for stiffness, but not REBOUND adjustable. So what that means is when you have the setting between 2-4 and you are creeping over a speed bump, the springs and strut are so tightly compressed that the front end comes slamming down after the apex of the speed bump. This can be damaging. Other than that, they are a good upgrade. Definitely stiffens the front end. Good for autocross/road racing. Make sure setting is on 1 for parking lots. If you drop more than 1.5" or if you want rebound adjustability, look elsewhere.
