PA Performance 6G Alternator Repair Kit (99-04 GT; 01-04 V6; 03-04 Cobra)

Repair Kit. High mileage and/or racing can wear out an alternator long before other major electrical parts fail. That is why PA Performance created a repair kit to replace the high wear components that are prone to fail early. Designed to allow a you to replace those simple wear parts, this kit will breathe new life into your old alternator.

Kit Includes. Each PA Performance Repair Kit comes with a new voltage regulator, new brushes, bearings, as well as new rear bearing tolerance rings that are destroyed at disassembly. Note this is not a full “rebuild” kit (of windings and other major components), but a replacement kit for high wear items.

Application. This PA Performance Alternator Repair Kit is designed for OEM Ford and PA Performance 6G Series Alternators. Fits 1999 to 2004 GT, 2001 to 2004 V6, and 2003 to 2004 SVT Cobra Mustangs that are equipped with a 6G Alternator.
