Clever Design. The new Roush Vent Gauge Pod is cleverly designed to integrate an extra gauge into your dash via your Mustangs A/C vent. This gauge pod installs in place of your HVAC vent and will not obstruct the airflow allowing your Mustangs heating and air conditioning to operate normally.

Simple Installation. Simply remove the stock HVAC air louvers by gently pulling outwards to remove. The Roush Vent Gauge Pod then replaces these louvers with no cutting, drilling, or trimming required. Installation of the Vent Gauge Pod takes only a few minutes.

Application. The Roush Vent Gauge Pod is specifically designed to add any standard 2-1/16 inch gauge (not included) to your 2010-2014 V6, GT, or Shelby GT500 Ford Mustang.Gauge not included, sold separately.

    Very Impressed

Installation was very easy, the instructions were right on. Looks great and the air flow is like normal. My only issue is the gauge is held in by friction and I had to apply a little tape for a snug fit. If you run your heater really hot, make sure you don't us that vent, use the floor vents, my digital gauge display faded because it got very warm.

Does what I need, but it's not perfect

I got this gauge pod because I wanted a gauge, but didn't want to compromise the clean A-pillar or put a pod on top of the center console. For that purpose, it's good. The install is not bad, typical of any interior modification it just involves a steady hand to pop apart plastic trim. I'm using an Aeroforce gauge with this pod and while the gauge fit in the pod it was difficult to find a place to secure the back of it to. With some minor modification it is in there nice and secure now. My only complaint about this product is that while the pod does retain use of the vent, understandably blowing hot air makes the gauge get very hot. As a matter of fact, just using my front defroster in some of the snowy weather this winter has started to damage the screen of my gauge. This probably won't be a problem for most of the mechanical or analog gauges that people use, but if it has a digital screen, it's something to be aware of. All in all, happy with my purchase.

Roush Gauge Pod - Easy Install - Looks Great

I had one of these in my 2008 Mustang and now we just installed one in my son's 2011 GT. The install was very easy, the instructions were very clear and easy to follow and the pod fits great and looks perfect. The fit and finish is very good and the AC vent still works great. I highly recommend one if you just need a single gauge added to your dash!

    Easy and works great

Aeroforce scan gauge works great. No tools are required, took me about a half hour, because I took my time. After doing it once, I can now do it in 15mins if needed. The directions on how to set it up are vague. I have a 2012 GT, so I can use the Air/Fuel ratio! I've heard complaints, but I now see that's from lack of knowing how to set up. If your colors are wrong, try scrolling through to invert and select. ( fixed my problem) thought I had wrong colors sent. Also the Air/Fuel ratio is in Platform #4. ( I scrolled through Platform #1 for 2 days) thinking that I needed a dual scan, but found out that single works great!

    Nice addition, Quick install

Very quick install on my 2013 GT. Looks nice, fits perfectly. I prefer this over adding a pillar mount to maintain a stock-like appearance.

    Does the job

Pros: Fit and instructions excellent Cons: Can see small dimples one the vent edges from when it was made. It's small but esthetically it bothers me. It's also friction fit for the gauge so need to make a custom bracket to attach gauge if desired. Overall would buy again but could be better.

    Perfect fitment easy install

I receives this gauge packaged well!! Went right into the install and was easier than i thought! Worst part about it is the cheap weak plastic in the vents so be careful taking the fins out. Other than that this pod fits perfect and my interceptor has a clean fit! Great product!!

The Perfect Solution for a Boost Gauge

Although it seems expensive for a part made of plastic, the bottom line is that the Pod is well-made and provides a solution for the install of a standard sized gauge which is easily readable from the driver's perspective. After the install, the Pod still allows the vent to provide plenty of A/C or heat. Installation takes a bit of time, but the final product looks great and functions perfectly.

Looks great; integrates a gauge into the car cleanly!

Overall, I am very happy with this product. It integrates a gauge into the car very cleanly and lends a stock-but-not look to the dash. Installation was very easy, but I found the fit of the gauge into the gauge pod to be just slightly problematic. There was some flashing or a piece of molding spar that was interfering with the gauge fitment and it required careful scraping and trimming with a razorblade. It wasn't really a big deal though. The gauge friction fits into the gauge pod, simplifying installation. As far as installing the gauge pod into the dash, it probably took 15 minutes total. All it requires is the quick and easy removal of the dash panel around the instrument binnacle, removal of some parts from the air conditioning vent, and installation of the gauge pod and gauge. It was EASY and requires very little skill! I would recommend patience with the small plastic clips that hold the factory HVAC vent together so that you don't break them.

    Great subtle addon

I think it's really easy to install and looks perfect if you're going with a multi gauge or just a simple gauge and you don't want to do the whole a pillar!!
