Line Lock System. Brake-Control Packages better know as a line lock system allows the driver to "lock up" the front brakes while letting the rear wheels spin free to heat up the rear tires in the burnout box for better traction down the track. Not only is it a great way to warm up your tires, but you can also use the system to prevent manual transmission cars from rolling out of the staging beams at the starting line.

How It Works. The SLP Brake-Control Package works by simply pressing the brake pedal and flipping the brake-control solenoid switch on. Remove your foot from the pedal, and the solenoid maintains line pressure to the front brakes until the switch is released. This saves wear and tear on your car's rear brake components from the old "left foot on the brake and right foot on the gas" method.

Complete Custom Kit. SLP Brake-Control kits are custom-fitted to the S197 Mustangs chassis, with no tweaking or fabrication required. It includes a waterproof electrical solenoid, an activation switch, plug-in wires, CNC-bent steel lines with correct OE fittings, mounting hardware, and detailed installation instructions.

Application. This SLP Brake-Control Package is specifically designed for use on the 2007 to 2009 GT, Bullitt and Shelby GT500 Mustangs. This kit is fully compatible with the factory anti-lock braking and traction-control systems.

    Product works as designed. You need to drop the hammer at or above 4000 rpm and keep the rpms high around 5k to 6k and it will look like a forest is on fire when you roll out of your burnout. I made a wicked burnout video I will be posting to the AM facebook page very soon. If you are on the fence about buying this product get off your duff and buy it already!
