How to Install MMD Matte Black Tail Light Trim on Your 2010-2012 Mustang

Installation Time: 15 Minutes

Installation

Step 1:

Use the supplied alcohol pads to thoroughly wipe down the areas where the adhesive tape from the tail light trim will contact the tail light (shown in RED in the below photo).

Step 2:

Peel the backing from the 3M tape as shown below.

Step 3:

Place the trim over the tail light but do not fuly press down yet. Once you are certain the that trim is aligned properly over the tail light, press down on all areas of the trim to fully seat the adhesive tape.

Step 4:

Complete Steps 1-3 for opposite side trim to complete the installation.
