100% New. This 130 Amp Mustang Alternator is 100% Brand New, not re-manufactured like other companies sell and is tested at the time of assembly. It comes complete with internal voltage regulator and pulley. The 130 Amp alternator will increase the charging capacity at all RPM Ranges with no modifications required.

More Power. The PA Performance Alternator produces 70 amps at idle (2000 alternator shaft RPM), and 130 amps at maximum (6000 alternator shaft RPM).

Peace of Mind. Why waste your time and money rebuilding your alternator again and again when it will only fail, replace it with a brand new high performance altenator that includes a Limited Lifetime Warranty directly from PA Performance for peace of mind.

This Alternator was a great buy, reasonable and a great deal for the money. It was a simple bolt in. If you have BBK underdrive pulleys, you'll have to take off the water pump pulley (very easy). Also determined that my stock Alternator was bad by having my cam position sensor code come on. I replaced the sensor and found on a forum that that could mean your Alternator may be bad. I had the Alternator checked at autozone (can check for free in the car). Remember to remove the spacer from the old Alternator and put it on the new one (for those with underdrive pulleys). American Muscle... You guys are awesome and you have a dedicated customer in me .

Alternator came in 3 days inside a PA Performance factory sealed box in brand new condition and with American Muscle's free shipping, it made the decision easy. No more whiny alternator or engine dying. Direct bolt-on, with no mods needed. I haven't hear my V8 start so smoothly in a while after installing this PA Performance alternator. The extra cost beats a $200 remanufactured 'auto-boys' brand alternator.

Well, let's all be honest, AM is the BEST mustang site on the web! Any questions you have send them an email and get a response in like an hour! That's customer service!
