Well, I got the car in Dec of 2004 – it was built the week of my birthday. My brother had a brand new 1989 black GT convertible back in New Jersey that we nicknamed ‘The Dark Knight’, so when I decided on black for the 2005, I knew what the nickname and custom plate would be, ‘The Dark Knight II’. I have gotten so many positive compliments on the car from all different sorts of people – and thanks to the RK Sport hood, I always get the ‘drive by-slow down-look back’ move out on the road so they can check out the hood. I’ve run the DK II on the track a few times and the new 5-speed auto in the S197s is absolutely GREAT for the quarter mile. Best ET so far is a 13.38 at Fun Ford Weekend in Orlando in March of ‘06

I'm pretty certain this is the best shopping experience I've ever had. I found what I wanted on AmericanMuscle.com, then did some price shopping and ended up coming back and order from them because they had the lowest price AND free shipping too. I honestly look forward to spending more money with American Muscle. They have customer submitted photos in addition to their great product photography as well as installation guides from users and manufacturers. Their videos are honest and incredibly useful.
