I ordered my car in January of 2005 because nobody had 2005 GTs on the lots in my area. I originally went with a black car with the red interior, but last minute I changed it to red on red. I bought my SLP exhaust a couple days after ordering the car, because I knew that that would be the sound I wanted. The car came on April 15, 2005, and I picked it up that night. The next morning by 9am I had finished installing the SLP exhaust. It was perfect.
Next, I ordered the JVC head unit for the stereo, because I got the car with no upgraded stereo, and it was in dire need of a better radio. Shortly after I installed that, I got the Alpine speakers, and added the dual Visonik subs. The system is very tight and punchy, and while not too crazy, I think it suits my needs and listening style (classic rock!) very nicely.
Over the last year and a half I slowly added the rest of my mods, one at a time, doing pretty much all the work myself. I plan to put on Tociko shocks soon, and in the near future, I am going forced induction, but I cant decide if I am going to get the Kenne Bell 2.6l blower, or the Hellion Turbo kit.
