I had finally decided to sell my 1992 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4. It had just under 140,000 miles, but with all the add-ons and improvements it was easily pushing close to 500 AWD horsepower. I wanted to replace it with a V8 this time, and the only car that interested me (that was in production for 2007) was the Ford Mustang GT. I looked at the GT-500, but was unable to get the Exchange Auto Sales program (for soldiers and civilians overseas and returning to the US) to give me any sort of deal on it. I decided I could make my own GT-500 cheaper than the going price by purchasing a '07 Mustang GT (loaded) and then installing a supercharger, inter-cooler, suspension kit, x-exhaust, hi-flow shorty headers, and a few external mods. The supercharger I have settled on is the Roush stage 3 Roushcharger. To this I intend to have the heads ported by Fox Lake Racing. I have already installed the Saleen Suspension Kit. |
I'm pretty certain this is the best shopping experience I've ever had. I found what I wanted on AmericanMuscle.com, then did some price shopping and ended up coming back and order from them because they had the lowest price AND free shipping too. I honestly look forward to spending more money with American Muscle. They have customer submitted photos in addition to their great product photography as well as installation guides from users and manufacturers. Their videos are honest and incredibly useful. I can't think of anything else I'd like to see from them. Ryan B
