1990 Mustang Overview

The Mustang had no major changes since the 87 model until 1990 with the addition of a few colors including Deep Titanium Metallic, Light Titanium Metallic, Wild Strawberry Metallic, Twilight Blue Metallic and Ultra Blue Metallic to its choices of stock colors.

Some of the biggest changes came to the dash of the 1990 Mustang. The first addition was the addition of the airbag, and the loss of the dash mounted low fuel and low windshield washer lights. Rear seat shoulder belts, front seat headrests, map pockets, and new upholstery were all added to the interior of the 1990 Mustang.

The 1990 Convertibles also offered optional black leather seats, and titanium leather seats were added for the GT. Back to top
