MMD Tail Light Trim - Pre-Painted (05-09 All)

Hi I’m Justin with AmericanMuscle.com, and I’m taking a closer look at MMD’s tail light trim fitting all 05-09 Mustangs, available in your choice of either chrome, pre painted, or matte black. MMD is an industry leading appearance brand, that continues to produce cool and stylish parts for Mustangs of all ages. The idea of this part was to create a look similar to the 2013 tail lights, using a more pronounced, 3 dimensional style bezel, in the end creating a totally different look for any S197. In addition to the unique styling that this trim offers, it’s also available in 3 different finish options. We have a pre painted option shown back there on our 07 GT, a chrome option, and finally a matte black option. The pre painted option will give the bezel a more factory like appearance when installed, blending seamlessly thanks to that perfect color match. The chrome option in my opinion gives the car a more retro vibe, reminiscent of the mid 60’s Mustangs. Finally, the matte black option really helps nail that 2013 look, especially when paired with a set of smoked tail lights. All of the options are constructed using durable, automotive grade ABS plastic, and install easily in about 15 minutes. You’ll first want to clean the tail lights using the supplied alcohol prep pads, after that grab your adhesion promoter and wipe it down around the edges of the tail light, just to ensure a nice secure bond between the tail light and the 3M automotive tape. Remove the protective backing on that 3M tape, and install the bezel carefully.
