SPEC Stage 3+ Clutch (05-10 Mustang GT)

Has the modding bug bit you after you bought your 2005-2010 Mustang GT? Adding forced induction to this car is quite simple and creates massive horsepower and torque gains, but you have to safely control the power that is heading to your wheels. Thats where the SPEC Stage 3+ Clutch comes in!

The Stage 3+ Clutches are designed for all modified street and race engines making more torque than the standard stage 3 can support. The Stage 3+ clutch offers good daily drivability and better manageability than the stage 3, with even better wear characteristics and provides a higher torque capacity. This particular stage can hold up to 850 ft/lb of torque!

Each Stage 3+ Clutch includes a high clamp pressure plate, full-faced carbon metallic friction, high torque sprung hub and disc assembly. SPEC even provides you with an alignment tool.

Technical Note:

• The 2005-2010 Mustang uses a concentric slave cylinder instead of a conventional throwout bearing.
• Therefore this clutch kit will not include a throwout bearing.
• It is recommended to install a new SPEC flywheel with this replacement clutch for the 2005-2010 Mustang GT. Look at our flywheel page for these 2005-2010 steel and aluminum flywheels.

• Torque Rating: 850 ft./lbs.
• Does not work on GT500
