Will this work with the GT40 Intake I'm looking at buying the GT40 (Upper and Lower) Intakes and I was wondering if this was all I needed for gaskets to replace them.

  • Yes, these fit Cobra, Explorer GT40 or Tubular GT40 intakes. Also if you have aluminum Ford Racing GT40X heads these are the gaskets you need in order to run a GT40 style intakes (Due to the intake ports not lining up correctly if you use other brand gaskets, people have modified the intakes to match but its much easier just to use this gasket.)

Answer This Question

port size What are the intake port sizes n this gasket? Stock 2.00 x 1.00 or aftermarket heads 2.10 x 1.20?

Good Question (0) (2)
  • ford racing usually has the larger ports, you will want to get a set that fits your heads intake port properly, so measure those before you order any set. also check against intake manifold that will also give an idea of how much can be ported or if the set will even work with your components.
