    Very good look

I have to confess that the main reason for replacing the headlights on my 2014 Deep Impact Blue V6 was because of a mistake on my part. I had installed headlight splitters and was not totally impressed with them. I removed them, leaving behind a heavy band of adhesive residue across the lenses. Nothing I tried would get it off. A local body shop couldn't even remove it. So, I decided on new lights. These halo lights really look good. Took about 3 1/2 hours effort. The bumper cover was easier to remove than it was to replace. I noticed that the published pictures of cars with these lights were taken in dim light. Now I see why: the halos are not super bright in daylight. The LED accents stand out pretty well, though. I also used the factory amber turn signal bulbs. The bulbs supplied with the lights did not have as deep an amber color and were slightly foggy. Overall, I'm pleased with the result.
