Optimize Performance. Get the performance boost you crave for your GT Mustang while staying EPA friendly with a Kooks Green Catted X-Pipe. Designed for use with Kooks Long Tube Headers, this X-pipe features two Kooks Ultra High Performance Green Catalyst Converters for less restriction. Without robbing horsepower, the EPA-compliant system works on applications up to 800hp and handles exhaust temperatures as high as 1500F.
Race Car Growl. The Kooks X-Pipe not only increases the power of your Mustang, but it also changes its sound as well. The modern X crossover design of this Kooks Mid Pipe will add a loud raspy, race car style growl to the sound of your exhaust. While being louder than stock, the sound is not overbearing or obnoxious.
Green Catalytic Converters. GreenCats are Kooks ultra high performance green catalytic converters. Kooks specifically designed these Catalytic Converters to meet stringent EPA Federal Emissions Standards. Able to handle exhaust temperatures of up to 1500F, these GreenCats work exceptionally well on both force inducted and naturally aspirated Mustangs. GreenCats have a 90% success rate of eliminating emission related "Check Engine Light" issues.
Quality Construction. Kooks proudly manufactures their Exhaust Systems right here in the USA. This Kooks Long Tube X-Pipe is constructed from free flowing CNC mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel for optimal exhaust flow.
Application. This Kooks Shorty Green Catted X-Pipe is specifically designed to fit the 2011-2014 5.0L GT Mustangs with Kooks Long-Tube Headers installed. The 3" step down to a 2.75" outlet allows for use of the OEM catback exhaust system.
Technical Note. This product is not legal for use in California or any other state adopting California emission standards. Not legal for use on pollution controlled motor vehicles; intended for off road use only.
