The Finned design in combination with the increased fluid capacity will dissipate unwanted heat extending the life and performance of your transmission.
Superior Design. Made in the USA this Automatic Transmission Pan is cast from durable light weight aluminum for strength and features Cooling Fins and an increased fluid capacity for reducing operating temperatures. The Transmission Pan also features a magnetic drain plug, and an internal cast boss which is ideal for installing a temperature gauge sending unit.
Application. This Aluminum Automatic Transmission Pan is designed for use on 1980 to Present Mustangs equipped with a AOD, AODE, 4R70W, or 4R75E Automatic Transmission. And it simply bolts in place of the stock one. Requires (2) two extra quarts of transmission fluid.
